I took my wedding ring (which I purchased elsewhere) in for gem replacement, reinforcement, and cleaning. The price quoted was fair, and the team was pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, the repair was unsuccessful. Given the nature of the ring and it's being acquired elsewhere, they were unable to provide a warranty on the work, but they did make things right by offering a refund for the services which I greatly appreciate and speaks to the integrity with which they operate. As such, I have amended my prior review and encourage others to give them a try should a need arise.

I have had a very positive experience at Mark's Jewelry more than once. Charles, who is very personable, is notably experienced and has been extremely fair with me in all my purchases. I recommend checking out Mark's Jewelry before you shop at any other Jewelry store. I assure you that you will have a satisfying experience. And...he has a very informative show on the weekends at 93.3 FM Real Talk Radio. You should listen in.

After having my wedding ring soldered to its side rings incorrectly at another jeweler, having the side bands not match up with the main band, and then eventually having a side band snap, I was able to find Marks Jewelry Co. From great reviews online to have a second opinion on how best to fix it all. He was able to work with it to get it into alignment, fix the break, and add in the support the bands needed for an affordable price and reasonable timeliness. The owner, Charles, was very helpful. He took the time to sit with me and figure out how best to fix my ring and followed through. My ring looks and feels better than it has in almost 11 years!

This Jewelry shop has it all! Great prices on new jewelry, watches, and investment opportunities in Precious metals, diamonds, jewelry & even on sight watch repairs. I can’t say enough about the friendliness, helpfulness & Attention to detail the owner and The entire staff has on everything. I’ve been Dealing with them for years & know for a fact they are as honest as the day is long & their prices can’t be beat. I would never consider going anywhere else. Curt
