I really appreciate the lady that was greeting at the front door. When I walked in, she welcomed me and offered me a mask. Unfortunately because of an honest to God medical disability, I'm unable to wear one. When I told her that I couldn't, she cheerfully said with a smile, "Happy shopping!" I didn't know what to expect since I only go out in public when I have to due to my condition. I've been asked to leave places because of it, making me feel very isolated and ashamed. Today, I needed to shop for a Mother's Day gift and no one belittled me here. While I still hurried to find a gift, it felt good to be able to do a little shopping. Discrimination comes in all forms, Marshall's, thank you for not using my disability against me, you have no idea how it made my day! ❤
Covid safe. So much of everything which was awesome. Line was incredibly long. Initially had only 3 registers open and line was 3 rows deep. Finally opened 3 additional registers and moved a bit faster. Although the stock available made it worth the wait.
Dressing rooms not open ... disappointing!
The store was empty. There wasn't much of a selection. The employees weren't much help.
Always find great products here. Line was VERY long (Saturday-should have known better) so we put our stuff back and left. Their checkout process I'm sure has a reason behind it, but during peak times, it seems very inefficient. Won't stop me from shopping here- just need to plan my trip better!
