Picked up food here last night and was extremely disappointed. Service was bad from the minute I called in the order. The girl who answered the phone was not friendly and actually sounded snooty. When I arrived to pick up my food, i thought, wow, I've never seen the parking lot this empty. and no one came out to serve me (this has never, never happened before). My phone wasn't working to call the number posted, so I had to go in. I stood at the cash register for a bit, but no one came, so I had to flag someone down. That person had to go get a different person to help me, so the whole process took longer than it should have. I was thinking, "this is so weird, I've never experienced bad service here before." I ordered artichoke dip: the bread was smashed and I received less than 4 ounces (I measured it when I got home) even though I was told it was supposed to be 6 ounces. And, my pizza was missing the mushrooms. I called and asked for a manager. He did not seem sorry even after I said, "you don't seem sorry". Maybe he just needs a lesson in addressing an upset customer. I asked him how long he has worked here and he said since April (so, 3 to 4 months). THAT EXPLAINS EVERYTHING. Either the restaurant was having a very, very bad night or this new manager has brought down the quality. The manager said he would send me some gift cards for my trouble. That helps, but i really just want things to be right the first time. I'm really hoping the owner sees this post so they can address the problems. Mellow Mushroom is my favorite pizza in Cottleville, and I would hate to see it close.

We were a family of 6, 2 of which were children. My grand daughter ordered 5 wings which came out much earlier than any other food, she wanted more. I asked if I could switch my order from a 5 piece to the 10 piece. She checked with manager and was told NO, it will be a new order and I have to pay full price for the second order. We spend well over $125.00 each time we come. Wont be back - very poor customer service. Inconsiderate manager for sure. Update to my previous post- I have heard from the GM and Owner both did reach out to me to rectify this situation. All has been resolved and they were great to work with. I appreciate that they wanted to listen and fix this. Thank you both. I really appreciate this. Also something that I did not say in my original review was that our waitress was great and the food was top notch as always.

First time eating here and everything was amazing only thing was we had to waot like 10 minutes but it wasn't that bad. The food was so amazing the service was top notch the pizza we got was the house special and cheese bread! Everything is fresh and delicious pizza tasted delicious I got full off one piece Bill was our waiter he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. I highly recommend to anyone to come here.

The most amazing fantastic pizza place you will ever visit or get pizza from. Mellow mushroom is an experience from the cool atmosphere on the inside makes you feel as what is like to be o magic mushroom trip. The food is amazing the staff is amazing and the manager seem very happy. I can’t say enough good things about the food. Be aware that you might spend a little.

Amazing service from Lexi vibes are awesome very kid friendly we had some many needs when we came in with our little one and they filled them all food is a 10 get the meatballs for the kiddos patio is awesome for dogs and kids lots of activities very cool place to be any day of the week
