I have been suffering with flu like symptoms for 5 days and a terrible cough. Got a flu test and it was negative, they didn't test for anything else - doctor was very dismissive of me... They are just like... yeah yeah, get some over the counter medicine and here's a pamphlet about viruses Give me 50 bucks for that Goodbye This urgent care was better as a pay less

I had a great experience at this Urgent care. The staff was very kind and i was able to schedule my appointment same day. The process of getting checked in was very smooth and the Nurse Practitioner which i saw was very easy to work with. I went in for some Stye issues and she put together a solution that helped me feel much better within just a few days. A good Urgent care is hard to find so i highly recommend this one

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The provider (R. Donnell) made the experience a 10. He was very kind, caring, and thorough. I would recommend him specifically to anyone and everyone. I fully trusted his recommendations and guidance.

I went in to get my ear wax flushed out, which I have done a 100 times in the past at other places, and they busted a hole in my ear drum. They didn't seem to be bothered by the incredible amount of pain I was in. I had to go to an ENT specialist and was told I have a 25% hole in my ear drum. Wouldn't recommend this place. Please don't flush any more ears out.

The sign up process went really smooth. I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours. The doctor assessed the issue and prescribed meds which I picked up across the street at Dierbergs pharmacy. They were very helpful.
