I brought my son here on a Sunday... I was desperate for him to be seen by a medical professional because he was showing symptoms of pneumonia. (Keep in mind, I myself am a medical professional but kept that to myself because I don't like getting in the way of anyone's care) He had been coughing SO much for two+ weeks, and he was coughing to the point of vomiting the night prior to our visit. We were seen promptly. When I described his symptoms, the nurse practitioner seeing us said she wanted to do a throat culture to rule out strep (my son did NOT even have a sore throat, sore ear, etc...) I allowed it because, why not?! Sure! Be thorough! When she went to listen to his lungs, I instructed him to take off his many layers of clothing so she could accurately listen to his lungs. She spoke over me, claiming she can "hear just fine". She claims his lungs were clear. She then proceeded to tell us that "he has allergies and to go home and take ZYRTEC" (!!!!) I was pretty annoyed that I spent $$ for someone to tell me an inaccurate diagnosis (strep test was NEGATIVE). That night my son went downhill, spiking a fever of 101.5. On Monday morning (the next day) I called his primary care provider (a Mercy doctor that I LOVE and trust completely) and they saw my son immediately. They listened to his lungs and said he absolutely has pneumonia!!! He was given the antibiotics he needed and within a couple days he was better!! Long story short, I am disappointed by the arrogance and lack of care that was administered at this clinic. I will never bring anyone I care about to this facility.

My daughter cut her finger and we needed to get her looked at quickly. I called and was able to get her in right away. They had us in and out in less than an hour! The doctor and nurses were very friendly and helpful!

I had a concern about my health just woke up with redness and swelling to face. My Dr office was closed. So I looked up reviews for urgent care's hadn't been to one before. Looked at some places not so good reviews. But I looked on Mercy's review and I said I'am going there had the best reviews. So I drove there and it wasn't that close to me. But when you're sick you want the best care. I walked in greeted by a very nice young lady. Didn't know I needed to click a time online to hold a spot. But she was so nice and said no problem we can see you now. Sorry I forgot her name but excellent customer service. Dr Klutz was so professional knew exactly what was wrong with me and gave me a script for medicine to take.

Made online appointment, .Nurse Practitioner saw me quickly. She diagnosed me and ordered prescriptions for my cough and cold symptoms. Feeling much better. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care.

I went in for dental pain accompanied with chills, sore throat, swollen lymph nodes. I was very worried about a dental infection because i know they can be serious. I am okay being told i am maybe being a little over dramatic, but the nurse who was helping me treated me like i was pest. i overheard her making fun of me for complaining about my teeth after she left my room. She dismissed all of my concerns and gave me no reassuring notes or any advice at all. I NEVER leave bad reviews but I cried after i got out. I have never had a worse experience. My advice to this establishment is to remind all your employees you have thin walls.
