I had the perfect experience today and would recommend this place to anyone dealing with a urgent care appropriate issue. The administrative staff was very helpful and quick to get me in the system. Overall the visit was efficient but they were thorough in the consultation. My nurse practitioner Katie asked great questions and was thoughtful in her overall care. Convenient location, clean facility, but this place is exceptional because of the team of folks working here.

Doctor was thorough! She tested me for viruses and also did chest xrays. She did not "guess" like other places and prescribe antibiotics. Staff was very friendly.

First, THANK YOU! to all involved in my care today! The level of professionalism, compassion and kindness was AMAZING! Ebony and Tonjay… What beautiful humans you are! Thank you for comforting me in the moment i needed comfort. Thank you for making me laugh and forget about what i had just went through. It’s not everyday that you find coworkers working together as a team! You can clearly see that not only do you have a excellent work ethic, but you have a beautiful friendship! Thank you so very much! Dr. Muscleman-Haas, YOU are incredible! you did not just listen to me, you HEARD me! You allowed me grace while i was visibly scared and upset from what i had just endured, you allowed me space, and you ALL allowed me space to feel comfortable. Dr. Muscleman-Haas, thank you! I left feeling confident and not frightened. The way you all worked together is beautiful! You set my mind at ease and i can not thank you ALL enough. I want to also add that it was not just me they were kind to, i noticed that each patient walking in was immediately greeted with kindness. I sincerely hope that my review makes it to each of you.

I had the most kind people taking care of me. They were very helpful and efficient. They got me in and out very quickly with all the information I needed. Great experience for an urgent care

When I arrived no one was there to treat me, when they did I was told to wait. I waited quite awhile even though I had an appointment, and then was told they needed a copay when my deductible has been met. They lied and said they had no idea how to check that with insurance, and said I would have to call insurance to get reimbursed. Called insurance. I now have to wait for the invoice to hit insurance and then call MercyGo and give them a number to get my money back. The money I was told I had to give them just to be seen. I was very ill and just needed to be seen. The hassle will keep me from going back and I plan to tell everyone of my ordeal.
