The techs that come out for service are pretty helpful. The office staff is the absolute worst. They completely act like they are doing you a favor by charging you to come out and as if they are the one and only irrigation company. Only starting using them after purchased new house that had a system installed already by them. Didn't know any other company. Unfortunately I tried another we'll known, large irrigation company and although the customer service was tremendously better than metro, they overcharge, so I'm still on the hunt for a new irrigation company. Any suggestions? Metro should really take a look at these reviews about their office staff. Rude women there.
Metro installed our sprinkler system 13 years ago when we built our home, and has given us great service every year since. I highly recommend them.
I just called to try to get an appt for today (I understand it's a busy season). The lady who answered said "Nope" and didn't even try to offer me another day or schedule an appt. I guess they only care about existing customers.
Super good place to work for the boss Dennis is one hell of a guy will do anything for you if all possible. I would recommend this place for anyone that is a hard worker wants to provide for their family that truly knows how to do irrigation work..
So far so good. Jared has been really great 🙂 good.
