My experience was a nightmare. From selling me discontinued flooring that was causing problems and to get them to fix it I had to buy more material. To the trim nails not filled in to my carpet showing worn signs already after a year. I spent 18000.00. And I felt they could and should do more. So I sit looking at my floor as it keeps breaking and popping and I just want to cry.
We got some new carpet & laminate flooring last week in part of our house. Installers did a great job, they were on time & completed in timely manner. I would recommend to our friends. We'll use them in the future.
All involved in the installation of new carpeting for my renovation project were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Thanks, Kenny, for your patience in figuring multiple estimates on my choices of carpeting. Thanks Todd and Chris for a great job on installation. Will definitely use Michael's in the future.
I highly recommend Michael’s flooring for various reasons. 1- they were able to provide flooring at a sq ft price lower than anywhere I was looking at. 2- the customer service of their employees, especially Kenny, was very helpful in our selection of products for our new home. He was able to educate us and point us in the right direction numerous times. Thanks again for taking the time!
Installers did a great job! Floor looks great and they cleaned up really well. Would not hesitate to use Michel’s again. Gave 4 stars as when done bathroom door would not close because of higher threshold. Said they could cut down door for extra charge. I can do it but this should have been anticipated and included in quote.
