    The rest of the staff get 5 stars. I went for an oil change and tire rotation, Anthony, did not fill out the inspection form, and the maintenance light was left on. And to make things even better i have to figure out how to get the plastic cover back on under a car i can't get underneath because the pins were broken and it popped off while i was driving down the highway. I get it things come up but you CANNOT cut corners and scramble while doing anything on someone's vehicle.

    DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! IF THEY TRY TO UPSALE YOU TELL THEM NO AND TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET A SECOND OPINION!!!! This is just terrible! I went in April 18th, 2024 for an innocent oil change. I had no known issues with my car, no dash lights nothing. During the oil change Tim noticed I needed a new drive shaft and asked if I felt anything unusual, I told him nothing too bad but we went ahead and had it fixed. During that time I had my rear brakes and rotors replaced. A week later I notice my ABS, traction control, and another light pop up. Since this $1200 repair my car has ran and drove like complete crap. I took it in May 18th to have them look over what the cause might be. The man working, I’m assuming the “manager” told me my battery has hardly any voltage left so they need to replace the battery before looking at my repaired driveshaft, etc etc!?!? I said no, the battery is fine. This wasn’t an issue a month ago when I forked out $1200 to repair said issues. He said well I’m sorry I can’t do anything else unless you purchase a new battery. This is the biggest con scheme I’ve ever witnessed. My vehicle was fine before their mechanic touched my car and now all these issues pop up and they want me to purchased a $350 battery from them to see why im having these issues. Side note; when I received all the work, I had to call them on my way home to make sure they even changed my oil because there was no sticker stating my mileage since last service on my windshield. This just shows you where their priorities are; making money on unneeded repairs. Avoid taking your vehicles here for oil changes/ inspections so you don’t need to deal with this nightmare I’m going through! Update May 19th: Day after they “checked it out” putting the vehicle on their lift, my passenger front is leaking brake fluid and my wheel is burning up. This is a nightmare from hell

    I’m a busy real estate agent that had some brake grinding in between my showings. I called here & spoke to Tim, who made time for me to get it checked out immediately. He was most concerned about my safety & that meant a lot. From the moment I pulled in Tim & the whole crew were extraordinary from start to finish! They put me at ease while I was worried about driving to my showings for my clients. They understood because today I was their client. They made me priority, which meant the world. This is the customer service that goes above & beyond! That is priceless today.

    I took my van in on 8/5 for an oil change and noticed two days later that the tech had written down a completely inaccurate mileage of 162,482 when it was well over 166,000 when I took it in. Then when I called to inquire about the actual mileage they had documented, I was told he put in 115,000 for mileage….then after explaining how off that was I was put on hold and was told that he didn’t even write any of the information down. Not to mention while waiting for said oil change, someone came in to tell me the previous place I went to (normally go to and have for over 10 years with no issue) had over tightened the cap for the oil filter housing unit and it would be over $1,500 to fix. After all of this misinformation and poor documentation I am positive this tech cracked it and they now expect ME to fix their mistake. Horrible service. Take your business elsewhere, this place is a joke.

    SAVED ME OVER $5000! Absolutely the best experience I've had at an auto shop. Daniel and Cal are true gentleman and won't take advantage of your lack of auto knowledge. I'm new to the area and will be a customer for life.
