My husband and I had an appointment with Darlene. We showed up and no one was there, I ended up calling her and she said that she had not gone into the office that day because of feeling sick. She said she didn’t have our number because it was at the office. I said I hoped she felt better and made another appointment. NO SHOW at the second appointment! We waited and waited thinking she was just running late. I ended up calling her AGAIN and she said she had to leave the office. She had broken her arm (someplace in the week) She had to leave because it was giving her some pain. I can understand the first appointment, but the second one not at all. SHE should have called us and cancelled. Luckily we were only 10 minutes away. But the point she was not professional, not reliable and didn’t make another appointment.

She's the best. She no longer is located in st Charles on main street. Her new address is 3900 woodstone dr. St Charles Missouri 63303. Phone number is the same. Next to Masterminds Escape Rooms
