I have used this service multiple times now. Price is very fair for what you’re getting. Tim put his true heart into his work for me. True ease and VERY detailed reports. They just know everything! Very very impressed and the fact that Tim took his time, didn’t rush. Explained everything with great detail and didn’t sugar coat anything. I had the option to pay less with other places and after using Tim I’m a customer for life. Thank you Tim for your professionalism and detailed care for the properties you have inspected for me in all aspects.
I liked the way the inspector explained everything to me and provided documentation for my review afterwards. I wish they would have identified the garage disposal didn’t work. They just confirmed it existed. I think the rest of the issues I found prob were the responsibility of my realtor since the inspector said they weren’t responsible for many items. It would be helpful to have an advocate and know who to go to for what.
