First of all, Tim was on time for our home inspection. He was friendly, honest, professional, and extremely thorough. He explained his findings and said we would receive a a full written report the same evening. The email with his report attached arrived later that same day as promised. It was organized by category, with written explanations and pictures. It provided an excellent blueprint for my handyman to make the necessary repairs. Overall, I was very pleased with Tim’s service and would highly recommend Mitchco when and if a home inspection is required.

Tim was very thorough and explained the good and bad about any issue. His report was easy to understand and covered things we might not ever consider. I totally would recommend Tim and his company and the other testing services he suggested. Contact him directly or have your buying agent contact.

Tim was very thorough with the inspection of our new home. He arrived in a timely manner, got to work and thoroughly checked all aspects of the home. After the inspection, he went over his findings and gave us suggestions as needed. The report he provided was excellent,! As most reviews I’ve read, there is a common theme of how knowledgeable, professional, and thorough Tim is. Being that my profession is in construction work, I feel very comfortable in saying that he knows what he is talking about. He also shared his insight with tips and tricks for repairs that our new (to us) home needs. When purchasing our home I wanted to have an independent inspector go through and tell me what they saw because I didn’t want to let my excitement/love for the house skew my decision making on purchasing. I couldn’t have been happier working with Mitchco and will definitely recommend!
