We were so impressed with the thoroughness and information/recommendations given at the inspection. It was very clear he had lots of experience and knew what he was talking about. He shared tips and tricks on how he would fix things and really made us feel like he cared about our new home and showed he really takes pride in doing his job. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He walked me through the whole process. He wouldn’t even take time to answer all my questions along the way. If there was any concern, he would explain it in full detail and give me recommendations. He went above, and beyond I would highly recommend!

Tim did a great job with the home inspection. He went through every part of the home and explained very clearly if something needed to be fixed and why. He is knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had. Would recommend!

Tim is an extremely professional and conscientious Home Inspector. I feel very fortunate to have gotten his contact from his vehicle while parked at a residence conducting an inspection! Tim outlined the types of inspections that were available to me (termite, general, radon). The explained what was involved in each inspection in great detail. He gave me the option to choose which inspections were appropriate for me while not pressuring me to have more than what was necessary to get a satisfactory assessment of the property's condition. After the inspection, Tim's turnaround time was very quick. He explained his findings and gave me very useful information about things I should consider prior to closing, such as asking the seller to provide manufacturer's warranties for newly installed systems, and requesting a huge tree to be cut down as it could jeopardize the property foundation and affect my ability to get homeowner's insurance. Tim has been an excellent partner in my homebuying process, and I recommend him without reservation.
