My experience at this store was so amazing! Usually I don’t feel the need to write reviews but this place and the service was impeccable. I came in looking for an outfit for an interview and was pleasantly surprised with what came out of it. I was greeted by a girl named Shawna I believe, and was asked if I needed help with anything. I told her what I was there for and she helped me pick out the cutest outfit. Overall great store, great workers, great service. I definitely recommend going here.

Let me say I am not a shopper at all! I went to a neighboring boutique and was only greeted with a hello, no help at all. Walked into MOD and was instantly greeted by the sweetest young lady Alex, she was so caring, helpful and figured my style out in no time at all. Head to toe she hooked me up! Alex, thank you from the bottom of my heart! You went above and beyond and because of you I will be back!

I would give ten stars if I could. Alex and Darian are amazing, going more than the extra mile to help their customers and make them feel comfortable. I didn’t shop in store for years before coming in here one day and it was such a good decision. The selection is super cute, options for almost any style, and really reasonably priced. They helped me completely rebuild my in-office work wardrobe after it’d been decimated by Covid WFH. I love everything I’ve picked up here and everything I’ve picked up has made it into my regular rotation. It’s been such a great experience every time I’ve visited that it’s now a part of my Monday routine! I truly just enjoy coming in, seeing Alex and Darian, and picking up a little something for myself.

I want to share my experience with Mod on trend in saint charles, I love the staff specially Mrs Mackenzie she really takes care of me and my crazy and sometime excentric fashion style ! I purchase so much there , she goes the extra mile if I’m Working and I want to pick up antip or something she always tries something to help me , she waits for me no matter if is near to closed the store hours ! She make sure I get whT i need and most important , honest with how my vlothes suit me , always she tries that I feel Pretty and special, I love her attitude and calmness, her Great customer service , for me she sales not only clothes but an experience !! I was very upset with this place. I went into Mod for the first time and bought a few things. When I went to check out there were earrings on the counter. I asked the girl that was ringing me out the price of the earrings and she said they were on sale for $5. So I picked a pair out. After the transaction I thought my bill seemed high. Then I noticed that she charged me $20 for the the earrings instead of 5. So I told the cashier and she said that she would fix it and apologized. When she went to fix it she ended up giving me a $15 gift card instead my money back. She said she couldn't give me my money back because they are a small store. I said to her that I paid you cash and you made the mistake and yoy can't give me my money back and she said no. I couldn't believe that they run there store that way. Everything there is pretty expensive. So getting a $15 giftcard isn't going to buy really anything there. Therefore Id have to spend evwn more money there. Plus I live about 40 minutes from there. What a joke!!!
