It was a nice day to go out for lunch. Haven't been to Moe's for a while. As always the food was great, especially since you set it up the way you want it. More than enough food. Took some home for dinner. Only thing that was an irritation was the door to the patio was locked. Had to go around front to get back in.
The food was great. The lady when we first walked in was hospital and took care of us. When it was time to pay, the worker was extremely rude, sighing and completely uninterested in working. I work in customer service for a restaurant.. I understand that we all have bad days, but working in customer service, you have to maintain a positive environment to please your customers. I felt like I was a nuisance, I was interrupting his day and I didn’t feel welcomed. I had to take my food to go instead of eating in because of how he made me feel. One of the customers asked where the straws were located and that they may be out.. he replied with “they are out there. You can’t see them because they’re black, look harder.” That isn’t acceptable for customer service and I understand if he was having a bad day, but like stated earlier, he could of been better at navigating the situation and making the customers feel welcomed.
This place is awesome, building your own taco, burrito, or nachos is amazing! I tried their stack, and it was awesome! You chose everything that goes into it, but also the guy behind the counter helped me with some great ideas. Thanks for the wonderful service and food!
Get their queso you won't be disappointed. It's a lot like subway but build ur own burrito 🌯 always delicious. Their sweet tea is to die for!
Usually love going to this place. Horrible experience today, employee was unpleasant the whole time making my burrito. Then when I went to pay told me he could not break a $50 bill even though my total was over $25. There was over six customers in the establishment at the time. So I don't understand how I couldn't get less than $24 of change back only form of payment I had. So I left and probably won't be back. It really sucks because I treat my employees to this probably least once a month.
