From my very first phone call inquiry to pre planning to the day of the ceremony…all staff that I interacted with were caring, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Taylor is the director that my family worked with. I knew the moment I met her that she was the right person to help us through the most difficult time in our family. Newcomer was so supportive of the type of service we wanted and every little request and detail was handled with respect and carried out exactly the way we asked. We felt nothing but care and compassion the entire journey! I am so grateful that one of the hardest days of my life was handled by Newcomer!

It is never easy to cope with the passing of a loved one, but with Taylor ‘s help and encouragement, she made the experience very enjoyable, with her kindhearted demeanor, mixed with her professionalism. The process from beginning to end was exactly what we hoped for and it was all up to Taylor being very organized and efficient, especially when it came to contacting and scheduling Jefferson Barricks, and the Patriot Guard. We would recommend Newcomer to anyone in need of their service.

Fantastic experience with the individuals that came to assist with my father’s funeral, they were knowledgeable and respectful while also helping us to know what to expect during the services. Allowing some of the grandchildren to assist as the pallbearers was extremely meaningful. Very friendly, very respectful, I felt like my father looked good and peaceful. Thank you for helping my family through this time!

Newcomer was an absolute delight to work with during one of the most difficult times of our lives. From start to finish we never felt rushed and was treated with the utmost sensitivity and respect. Our process began with Alex who was very professional and patient with us as we navigated through the difficult task of putting together the obituary. They also went out of their way to coordinate a meet up with David Owenby at The Potted Plant who did an absolute stellar job with our arrangement. On the day of the service Marty Smith and Tena Becker we're completely dedicated to ensuring that our day went as smoothly as possible. They were always checking in and offering their assistance at every turn. I can not put into words how important their hospitality was and how appreciative we are to have had them help coordinate our difficult day. Thank you so much Newcomer for taking care of Dennis for us!

Abigail Wippel has gone above and beyond with my uncles funeral and cremation. She made the planning very easy and was with me and my sister every step of the way. There is no place I will take another loved one or have myself taken but to Newcomer. I can’t speak highly enough of her and her staff as well as the facility. Thank you for making a time of mourning a pleasant experience.
