Another business is about to lose my patronage I like to stop by here for a delicious ice cream when my daughter is at the math tutor. This time was sub par. I ordered a single scoop of honey butter cashew, to have in store. What I received was in a paper dish and seemed to be half melted. I paid over $5.00 for what appears to be a kids serving. It was also half melted, like it was sitting in the back refrigerator, not the freezer. I should have just picked up a pint for $0.60 more and sat down with something worth my money.
We had a great time sitting around for a couple of hours celebrating our friend's birthday. The ice cream is always high quality and tastes great. There is a large variety to choose from and everybody should be able to get something they'll really enjoy.
I really want to like Oberweis more than I do but I can’t. Prices are high ($9.70 before tip for an apple crisp sundae), staff enthusiasm is lackluster and they rarely make you feel like a priority even if they have multiple people working and ice cream is good but doesn’t taste any different than any quart of ice cream from your local grocery store. I just don’t get the hype.
It's great ice cream! I just wish they would've updated their website since they no longer carry oat milk ice cream since that's what I went in for. Otherwise I think the place is amazing!
Very clean store. These treats are very high quality. The employees are professional and just as sweet as the treats they make for you. This is a must stop & shop.
