Excellent service, friendly and competent staff, and an excellent eye doctor who takes his time with you and has the latest technology. Great selection of frames in both affordable and fashionable ranges. This was my best eye care experience I've ever had!

Worst appointment I have ever try to have. The eye doctor could save money by terminating at least 2 of the office staff. All they did was stand around in the office area and spent a lot of time talking with the office manager in his office Wait time is terrible. Prices unbelievable . Try to charge for a medical visit when it was a vision visit. I was there with my wife. Her appointment was 1030 am. Mine 1045 am. I cancelled and just waited for her. Took an hour and a half. I suggest you ask about prices first and be prepared to wait

I’ve been going to Dr Hegyi at O’Fallon Family Eyecare for about 10 years. He and his staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. They use the latest testing equipment available. The eye exam with the doctor is great because he explains all the test results in a way that I can understand them. I trust him to tell me the truth about my eyecare.

We are coming here since 6 years but never got a chance to review till now, the Dr is so nice explains all the things about eyes and various technologies available very patiently, I really appreciate that. All other staff are super friendly and happy to answer any queries we or our kids have, clearly explaining about the insurance options and costs involved or the warranty of the frames/lenses. I want to join the 5 star review club too.👍
