We are coming here since 6 years but never got a chance to review till now, the Dr is so nice explains all the things about eyes and various technologies available very patiently, I really appreciate that. All other staff are super friendly and happy to answer any queries we or our kids have, clearly explaining about the insurance options and costs involved or the warranty of the frames/lenses. I want to join the 5 star review club too.👍

Have been going to this practice for many years. The office staff are always very friendly and helpful. The eye exams are very detailed and all results are clearly explained. The office constantly upgrades the equipment used for eye exams to be as gentle as can be. I highly recommend O'Fallon Family Eyecare.

I am happy to get my yearly eye exams at O'Fallon Family Eyecare and just had another great experience. Colleen explained all the tests thoroughly each step of the way and made the process easy and stress-free. Dr. Joe is never in a rush, gives me plenty of time during the "Which one is clearer, 1 or 2 . . ." part of the exam, and shares the images of the inside of my eye. Great job, folks!

Dr. Hegyi is attentive to his clients, I started coming here 5 years ago… I now have both my parents, in laws, husband and children at this office. The staff is sweet, they always carry a smile. My main concern when visiting an office, how will you treat elders?…. My parents being in their late 80’s have questions after questions and some times the same questions asked over. Dr. Hegyi will answer them each time with no frustration. Nowadays you get doctors with no sense of how to treat someone of age.

Let me start by saying I was very nervous. From never having any concerns with my eyes to start having concerns is a worry. Ofallon family Eyecare was extremely patient, knowledgeable, communicative, and friendly is an understatement. Very happy with my decision as it all started with a google search on where to go and what to do. Thank you to all the staff for making me feel so welcome!
