Overall fantastic experience with the staff at O'Fallon Family Eyecare. They were incredibly patient with our child and thoroughly explained his eye health to us. I had an exam myself and they were incredibly thorough. I picked out glasses that day and was pleasantly surprised to get a text about 26 hours later saying my new glasses were ready! I can't rave enough about how considerate the staff was and their efficiency! There was minimal waiting room time and we were in and out within 2 hours. We will definitely be returning here for our eye needs and will be recommending friends and family.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice!!! Drs. Joe and Laura, as well as their staff, are efficient, competent, reassuring and compassionate. This visit today I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Laura. She is awesome and, as an extra benefit, her dog Maple was part of my great experience!!! Drs. Joe and Laura are the best eye doctors I have ever visited!!! Thank you for a very positive experience today!!!

Exceptional Care and Patience! Dr. Joe and his team at O’Fallon Family Eyecare provided a thorough exam and took the time to explain everything in detail. Their kindness and patience were especially evident in helping our son learn to use contact lenses for the first time. Unlike a previous experience where he felt rushed and discouraged, the staff here was incredibly supportive, never making him feel like an inconvenience. Their guidance and encouragement made all the difference. If you’re looking for an eye care team that truly cares, I highly recommend them!
