My mouse died recently. I ordered and paid online. I was notified within an hour that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, it was near the cash registers by the front door, along with other orders. When I gave them my name, a masked employee pointed to it and I grabbed it. Perfect transaction. Everyone stayed at least 6' away, I didn't need to go far into the store or interact with anyone, it was in a clear bag so I could easily make sure it was correct, and I got exactly what I ordered.
No wonder this company is suffering. Requested assistance and waited forever for it. Asked for an associate to check stock on an office chair. He said there were none in inventory. (This was on a sale item and the sale started today.). I wondered around looking at other chairs to choose from when I stumbled upon one of the very chairs he said there was no stock on .... on the sales floor ... in an unopened box. Sales associates in general are not customer focused or customer friendly. My visit should have been a 10 minute visit. I wound up being there 45 minutes.

Went here to get office furniture for our home as well as for work. Human error someone grabbed the wrong box. We didnt realize it till after it was assembled. Called the store and they made the correction without hassle. Very friendly and wonderful customer service. Have more employees to get things for and will definitely be going back.
