Tough workouts and a sense of family and accountability. Has gotten me into best shape I have been in since HS! You get out what you put in and if you trust the templates it works!

Horrible customer service from management. Please if you try and discontinue the service you have to sign a digital release. I unfortunately was never made aware of this after speaking to an employee twice in October 2023 who told me my membership was canceled over the phone. I found out they continued to charge my credit card for 6 more months without me ever stepping a foot into the building to work out. I was able to get 1/2 -$350 refunded, but was told by manager that they wouldn’t refund the other $350 due to it being my fault I didn’t catch it sooner. I also was clear that no one told me about a release waiver and that I never received the waiver. If I were you, look elsewhere to work out as it is expensive and there is no checks and balances from their end.

Pros:
The staff is nice and helpful
The app is really convenient and easy to use
Cons:
The parking here is terrible, because Starbucks is crazy you will probably have to park across the street
This was advertised to me as classes that you never do the same thing twice, always doing different things, but I didn't find it to be the case. Ultimately, I got really bored by the classes. It's literally just 3 stations: rowers, treadmills and weights. I thought there was going to be more equipment and things to do. I quickly got bored.
I also got a little frustrated because if you're not someone that goes to the gym and understands the lingo you will not know what's going on. There were times where the teacher would be telling the class something or a piece of paper is at the machines and you have to follow along but I was so confused and had no idea what I was doing.
I also didn't think the price was worth it. It's really expensive for such a low amount of classes. $69 a month gets you 1 class a week and for 2 classes and beyond it is in the hundreds. When I first called to get an estimate the lady told me there was a deal going on for 2 classes a week for $89 a month. She didn't tell me in order to get that deal I'd have to buy their heart monitor watch that is basically useless outside the class.
Also, when you cancel your membership they let you know that they charge you for an extra month which I think is dumb.
Overall, I fell into the hype of this and I think if they had more stations it would've been much better. I just got bored and thought in the end the cost wasn't worth it.

I’ve been a member at lots of gyms over the years. This is the first gym that I’ve stayed with for the long haul. I’ll keep going too! The workouts are challenging. The coaches, staff and members create a family like community. If you haven’t tried an OTF workout - just try it once- you won’t regret it.
