Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! After the new patient consultation, I tried to get my daughter in to start the processes of getting braces put on. I made the staff aware that I had the CASH IN HAND and we were eager to get started.
The first official appointment, I has to take a half day PTO and pull my daughter out of school. We arrived for the appointment but the office was CLOSED. I called all 3 locations from 12:30 to 4pm with NO answer. I finally get a hold of someone at 1 PM the following Monday. They had NO IDEA who I was because the receptionist never put my information in the system. (They were not open because the doctor was out for the day, unexpectedly.)
By that Wednesday, the business manager FINALLY gets me in the computer and set up the appointment to have the spacers put on. (they were also having "computer issues" and couldn't get into there calendar for that long...so I was told.) She scheduled me for a Monday at 2pm, so again I have to take off work and pull my daughter from school. I was in the parking lot to pick up my daughter when I decided to call the Orthocare office to confirm, since no one called me. Turns out, they accidentally scheduled me at the SOUTH COUNTY OFFICE when I live in and requested to be scheduled at St. Peters. And wouldn't you know, they couldn't look any further into it because the COMPUTERS were not working..AGAIN.
SO GLAD I DIDN'T GIVE THEM THE $5,000 CASH UPFRONT!!!! Go somewhere else. Not to mention, the St. Peters office looked so dirty anyways. Good riddance.
