The staff made me feel very comfortable. I’m always concerned the doctors that work in the urgent care are not thorough. The doctor that I saw was kind, gentle, concerned, and thorough. He made me feel so comfortable and cared for. He made sure I left there, knowing that they had checked everything that needed to be checked and I was aware of what I needed to do next. He didn’t rush, he spent as much time as needed with me. The staff was courteous and friendly. You need a safe place to go when you are feeling vulnerable and this urgent care was that place for me.

I was able to set an appointment 90 minutes ahead of time. The staff was very polite and compassionate. They were able to perform x-rays and blood work to rule out some diagnoses. Their attention was prompt and I did not spend my whole Saturday getting medical care. I was very happy with their care and would not hesitate to go back.

I went to this Urgent Care because of the reviews I read. I am currently in between doctors and urgent care was the best option for my three-week sinus issues. The ladies at the from desk were very welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the facility very clean. I was seen quickly and given what I needed. I appreciate the care. Hopefully, I won't need to be back. But if I do, I won't hesitate to head to Our Urgent Care.

Sought treatment at this Urgent Care facility after being bitten by a brown recluse spider. The receptionist was pleasant and professional and the doctor was very helpful and informative with a good sense of humor. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care and appreciate the care they gave me.

Best Urgent Care in the region by far! My husband had clogged ears (swimmer's ear) that wouldn't go away. They did an awesome treatment and was super quick to get us in. Most friendly staff we ever encountered as well. If we ever need an urgent care again this will be our go too! Thanks for the awesome service!!
