The staff made me feel very comfortable. I’m always concerned the doctors that work in the urgent care are not thorough. The doctor that I saw was kind, gentle, concerned, and thorough. He made me feel so comfortable and cared for. He made sure I left there, knowing that they had checked everything that needed to be checked and I was aware of what I needed to do next. He didn’t rush, he spent as much time as needed with me. The staff was courteous and friendly. You need a safe place to go when you are feeling vulnerable and this urgent care was that place for me.

Overall great experience! Paperwork was fast and easy. Got us in right at our scheduled appointment. Doctor was quick and through and VERY nice with our 3 year old son. Took time to make our son comfortable! If in need of urgent care- this will be our first and only choice!

I was able to set an appointment 90 minutes ahead of time. The staff was very polite and compassionate. They were able to perform x-rays and blood work to rule out some diagnoses. Their attention was prompt and I did not spend my whole Saturday getting medical care. I was very happy with their care and would not hesitate to go back.

I went to this Urgent Care because of the reviews I read. I am currently in between doctors and urgent care was the best option for my three-week sinus issues. The ladies at the from desk were very welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the facility very clean. I was seen quickly and given what I needed. I appreciate the care. Hopefully, I won't need to be back. But if I do, I won't hesitate to head to Our Urgent Care.

The staff was super friendly and helpful as soon as I walked through the door. The doctor was very caring and knowledgeable. I was diagnosed with tonsillitis, given a prescription, steroid shot and got result back from the flu test and strep test and was out in less than 30 minutes. The facility was super clean .
