The waiter was great, very friendly and efficient! We had several issues with our food. Both salads were wrong and one steak was supposed to be medium well and came out well done twice. The second time I just ate it because the rest of my party was pretty much done with their food and I didn't want to keep delaying. Overall 3/5 stars, but there really shouldn't have been so many issues.

It isn't quite up to standards of normal times but coming back well. Prices have increased. Look at menu online for amounts. Waiter forgot our wings appetizer until the meal came but he apologized and they were taken off of our bill. Free wings taste better even if they are late! The prime rib was leaner than before and cooked just as we ordered it.
My husband and I went out for a date tonight and were so excited to try this location out! We got seated right away, the server took our drink order and our appetizer order of the kookaburra wings-all flats. She informed us it would be a $2 up charge and we agreed that was fine. We waited almost 20 minutes for these to come out. And they weren’t all flats. I informed the server and she apologized and took the up charge off of our bill. Then we waited another 40 minutes for our food to come out. Multiple occasions our server stopped by our table to say it was on it’s way out. We ordered an outback burger medium and the appetizer ribs. Still, the server kept stopping by to say it was on its way out. Finally, they came out. We expected it to be piping hot since it took way too long to come out. They were barely even warm, the burger was over cooked and hard. I informed the server after she had stopped by to check how it was, and she said she’d send the manager right out. He came over and apologized, stated they were getting it handed to them in the kitchen (they were busy) and offered to recook our meals and give us a dessert to go. My husband and I did not want to wait another hour to get hot food. He kept saying “I’m going to ask you again, would you like dessert to go?” And we stated no, we didn’t. He apologized and my husband and I were just so over being there at this point. He didn’t offer to comp anything off the bill, just a dessert and an explanation of “we are busy”. So so disappointed, we will not be back.
Mom wanted her birthday dinner here. Got to enjoy a good steak & shrimp dinner. Still got a wide food selection so everyone can get what they want & be happy.
