The staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I always feel welcomed and well taken care of during my visits. Their selection of glasses is great, and they always have my contacts in stock.

Not sure how to rate!!!
1. Eyes were dialated at around 11am. I had burning, sand feeling, pain until 8pm and woke with them still hurting. Why? I am 75 and never have experienced this for this long. Not good experience.. 2. Office location needs to be put in website and picture of Overland Optical office would help, to show that your office is around back. I parked in front and had to walk to back. Need better signage. Bad customer service.

Highly recommend this place! Took in a pair of glasses for a repair and they were friendly, professional and got me taken care of quickly even though I could tell they were extremely busy.

My wife and 3 adult children have been customers for 20 years and we have never had anything less than excellent personalized service. The staff is super friendly and genuinely concerned about each customer's complete satisfaction.
I recently had a crisis (lost my eyeglasses on vacation), and I was amazed that I got an appointment the next day before noon, then got a call 4 hours later saying my new frames and progressive lenses were ready for pick-up. Amazing experience.
