We stopped in this morning for a quick breakfast. My sister wanted to get an oat milk latte, but the only had almond milk, which is okay. I know exactly what I like to get for breakfast, and I could easily just order rapid pick up. However, the employees here are very kind, so much so that I just prefer giving my order to them! Jim was helpful and positive, and our breakfast experience at the Wentzville Panera was a great start to our day :)

I come to this bread co/Panera even though it is not close to me because it is so much better than the others. Just look at my salad! (I don't get chicken or pecans on mine)

What happened to this company? All of the locations used to be a go-to solid choice for lunch or dinner. We loved Panera for fall and winter dinners, but they just can't figure out basic inventory needs or simple food demand forecasting. ALWAYS out of something. They're obviously toting the line of savings and waste avoidance over customer satisfaction. At the very least you should be able to get bread at The Bread Company. They run out of baguettes daily and refuse to adjust their bake count to fulfill their late afternoon and evening shifts.

Yummy food, everyone's always super sweet! Especially the older guy that works there, I can't for the life of me remember what his name is right now. But it's a good place to do homework too! Strong wifi and really laid back atmosphere:)

The service and ability to problem solve here is amazing. In a time where staffing continues to be an issue, the ladies in the drive thru fixed my issue without hesitation. I should have gotten the names of the young ladies that helped me this morning (8/19/24 - 7:25am) so that I could give them the props they deserve.
