We stopped in this morning for a quick breakfast. My sister wanted to get an oat milk latte, but the only had almond milk, which is okay. I know exactly what I like to get for breakfast, and I could easily just order rapid pick up. However, the employees here are very kind, so much so that I just prefer giving my order to them! Jim was helpful and positive, and our breakfast experience at the Wentzville Panera was a great start to our day :)

I wanted to get a dozen bagels for my neighbor in appreciation of her kindness. It was afternoon when I got there and lots of the bins were empty. The associate who helped me was wonderful. He gave me suggestions and alerted me to an active discount that I could use. He also asked if I wanted cream cheese. I totally forgot about that. He was so helpful and ran all the bagels through the slicer.

I come to this bread co/Panera even though it is not close to me because it is so much better than the others. Just look at my salad! (I don't get chicken or pecans on mine)

What happened to this company? All of the locations used to be a go-to solid choice for lunch or dinner. We loved Panera for fall and winter dinners, but they just can't figure out basic inventory needs or simple food demand forecasting. ALWAYS out of something. They're obviously toting the line of savings and waste avoidance over customer satisfaction. At the very least you should be able to get bread at The Bread Company. They run out of baguettes daily and refuse to adjust their bake count to fulfill their late afternoon and evening shifts.
