Pouring down rain and had to have a bowl of their "most excellent" chicken noodle soup. Great broth that actually tastes like it was made from "chicken" broth. Noodles are really good too. Light on the chicken but still very good. And yes, I "soak" that delicious bread in the broth. Scrumptious!

This morning I ordered a half dozen bagels and a pack of mini scones and after driving away with my order I looked at it and noticed that my scones were all burnt and hard and crusty looking and scones are not supposed to look like that!! I was very disappointed! I'm shocked that someone would send out food that looked that burned. I also asked for my bagels to be bread sliced and they were not.

I ordered a full sandwich, two cookies, and a drink for $21. I got home and they gave me a half sandwich and one cookie. I don’t know how they messed it up this bad. I actually can’t understand how they messed this up. It’s such a simple order. It’s not even the same buttons to press to send the order through. She had to deliberately press half sandwich instead of full. Very disappointed.

Soup was completely watered down...disgusting. I read a review about the soup being watered down before going and what do you know...that's exactly what I got. I went an hour before closing, so I don't know if this is a night thing, but stop it Panera. The price of the soup doesn't change after certain hours, so the quality shouldn't either. Panera cost to must for this type of shenanigans...please do better.

Went this morning and it was terrible. Rude manager rude staff, my order was supposed to be ready at 6:59, then said it was ready at 7:05. Email said "sorry for the delay," okay, no problem. I come in at 7:10 and it isn't ready. I ask the person at the counter they say it'll be on the shelf but the person by the shelf says it will be at the bakery the bakery says to ask a manager. Then the manager makes my order, which he had to reprint the receipt for because someone marked it ready (presumedly to improve order time statistics I suppose?), even though it wasn't ready. And he puts the order on the counter that I first went to while I'm waiting at the bakery and instead of handing it to me goes "over there man." And walks off. Every time I go in for dinner the staff is friendly, even the high schoolers surprisingly. And very helpful too. But, not in the morning. Honestly, still worth it for the food though.
