My worst experience at Panera by far. Part of my order did not get delivered, worst part is I couldn’t call their number to help to fix it. Tried from two different phones. It kept says number disconnected
The hours are terrible and they are always out of bread bowls. When you are only open a couple hours a day you should at least make sure you have enough food prepared. Will definitely be bring my business elsewhere.
I don’t know what’s going on with this location. They are only currently open for 8-2 and only for drive through or pick up. What terrible hours. Miss most of breakfast and all of dinner. No other location in or business in this area is operating this way. They need to get back to they’re regular hours otherwise I suspect they’re be out of business soon. Panera corporate should audit this place. It is not living up to the brand promise in any way
I’m a sucker for a great baguette so I like Panera. I travel for work and often stop by a Panera during my stays in different places and the bread does vary from location. I had a Baja bowl from here with two pieces of bread on the side and I must say it was the best baguette I’ve had in a while from here! The bowl was also great!
I would give it 0 star if I could!! This is regarding my poor experience at the Lake Saint Louis, MO cafe. I placed curbside pick up through Panera’s app. My order was NOT correct. I order French onion soup on a bread bowl. The was NO bread bowl!! The soup cup was half way full and cold. Very disappointed!!! I called that cafe right away when I got home from there and it rang until it disconnected in its own. Did that 2x. I also said NO utensil. But they included it. Also I had to go inside since it’s been passed 15 minutes to when it was ready. NO one came out so I came in! Again I am very disappointed!!!
