The store associate that helped us pick out our new pet was so wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and patient while we made our decision. She is awesome and true asset to your team!

This store is showing its age. Needs a complete makeover. This is the only petco in the area that smells as bad as it does inside. Also seems as if they are having a staffing issue. The fish department is top notch though

The most pleased I've been. I loved that the groomer listened to what I was looking for, used her experience to give us the best cut for our pup and she was nice and inviting. Explained what she did and why and suggested tools I could use at home to maintain my vision. Seeing she was able to deliver the cut we were looking for without just chopping all of his hair off to the lowest possible blade cut was rewarding. Unfortunately I didn't remember her name. I'm definitely hoping it's in the computer b/c I definitely want to request her services from this point on.

The vet office at PetCo needs to get somebody who knows what they’re doing for customer service. I was on the phone with the lady who spoke way too quickly and quietly for her accent, was very rude, and for over half of the conversation it was silent as she was trying to figure out what she was doing. I ultimately hung up. I also think it’s ridiculous that the vet cannot give ballpark estimates of procedure costs over the phone. I have two cats that need the same procedure done and I need quotes. I shouldn’t have to go in and spend 60 dollars per cat for a “consultation” that I don’t even know if I’m gonna pursue. Do better, PetCo.
