This is the second (and last) time I try using their grooming service. My dog just got back from it, and the pictures speak for themselves. You can see the lack of care, to the point of having cut her so irregularly (look at the big chunk cut from the left side of the pic). We didn't even ask for it. We asked for hygienic grooming and nail clipping. It's not about aesthetics, it is about the lack of care... Never again.

We absolutely love this petco location! Specifically Kenzie!! After our groomer left we ran around trying to find someone else who could accommodate tilly’s needs (she is a shih tzu and her hair grows really fast and is prone to matting) and her last two cuts have been perfect! All the details were perfect down to the hair on her top lip! If you’re looking for a groomer who will take care of your baby this location is amazing!! Thank you Kenzie!!!

Decent service but severe Staffing issues, every time I've gone in there in like the last year there's only one or two people working and one of them is usually on some kind of weird extended break. Christina is awesome though, does everything with a smile and you can tell she genuinely loves her field. Look forward to seeing her again and so does my doggie!

Took my dog for grooming... Simple cut nothing fancy... she looks completely uneven... tufts of long hair everywhere... should have used a professional groomer... never again...

The St. Peters location is wonderful! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everyone we encountered during our purchase of a new Gecko was amazing!
