Great for getting food for amphibians just hope that they can keep up the supply and demand when I've got probably 50 to 75 baby frogs to feed this winter. I'd give them a 5 star if I make it through winter with enough food for that many this year. In the past they always ran out at the worst time. I lost almost 75%

A year ago it was a good store, friendly staff. Aisles looked good though a bit narrow and labyrinth-like. The last 2 times I have been there, they closed 15 minutes before 5pm. Didn't even let us in the door. They said due to staffing issues. I know an 18 year old high school grad who applied online during their national staffing day this past September 23, and they have not even received a phone call. There are large bags of dog food piled so high in the aisles they could fall over and hurt someone, especially since there is barely room to move, certainly not room to navegate with a cart. Thank goodness Pet Supplies Plus is just a short trip up the road, Mexico and Mid-Rivers Mall drive.

Unfortunately short staffed as with many other businesses in the area but I showed up at 7:45, at the time store closed at 8:00pm. When I was checking out the cashier told me I was lucky I came in when I did bc she was getting ready to lock the doors. I asked, you close at 8 right? The response was yeah but it's been a day so I don't care.

When closing early, you should turn your online ordering systems off. I arrived at the same time as another customer. The "I'm only a dog groomer" girl opens door and says sorry. Customer says you should update online. Girl says we don't have staff for that, do you want a job, we need help, we are hiring. My question is - why did you open the door, just to be rude?
