I'll be honest, I came in to look at the animals. For the most part, everything looked safe and humane, but some of the fish tanks were completely scummed over. I'm not sure if they had anything in the tanks (too dirty to tell), but it gives a bad impression. If you can't take care of your tanks, how well are you taking care of your fish? I'm just not sure how to feel about it. I'm no expert...I don't even have pets at the moment. Maybe I'm just blowing it out of proportion, but go take a look for yourself.

We went in having no idea what we needed for an aquarium but Lexi and Keegan were so great! Keegan knew so much about each type of fish and clearly cared about making sure we knew how to take care of them. She was patient with all of our questions and helped us so much!

This, the place is dirty and gross.. I wish I had taken pictures.. Truly I wouldn't buy anything here.. Fish, dead and scum all over.. floors brown and stuff all over.. probably hasn't had a broom or mop over it in weeks!! Maybe months...

Went in to purchase a filter for my fish tank. Bought a few items (6). One was 50% off. At the check out, you are now charged for a bag to carry your items out. Once home I realized that I was charged full price for the item that was suppose to be 50% off. This isn't the first time that I've had an issue at Petco. I don't know why I continue to go back, when there are so many other options for me shopping needs.

Groomers don't know what they are doing! I asked for my dog not to be shaved except in areas that were matted, and she shaved him down to the skin all over!! I will never be back! When I told the manager, he just said that I had signed the paper to allow her to do it!! I'm not happy and neither is my dog!! I had even told her that I had been getting some of the mats out and I don't have the tools that they have, and it pisses me off because she said she would save as much hair as she could and she didn't! All this for $104!!
