Update to reply; You replied the same thing to someone else a couple of months ago, yet here we are, nothing changed. For at least the last 10 years this particular store is always filthy, but this time they really outdid themselves. Gives the whole brand a bad name. Went to buy some fish for my aquarium and left disgusted. The tanks were filthy. Moss growing in almost all the tanks. Some the glass was so green- brown you could barely see inside. The worse was the ones with thick gunk floating on top of the water. I have never seen a petco in this gross of a state! You can do better or don't sell animals. Seriously this should be reported.

I'll be honest, I came in to look at the animals. For the most part, everything looked safe and humane, but some of the fish tanks were completely scummed over. I'm not sure if they had anything in the tanks (too dirty to tell), but it gives a bad impression. If you can't take care of your tanks, how well are you taking care of your fish? I'm just not sure how to feel about it. I'm no expert...I don't even have pets at the moment. Maybe I'm just blowing it out of proportion, but go take a look for yourself.

Absolutely terrible enclosures for the animals. Almost all of the little rodents are sick or are living in their own feces. Actually disgusting, petco should not be allowed to sell animals any longer. They've done nothing but show neglect for the animals in their "care." If it's a staffing issue, that's not an excuse for this disgusting dirty store. Shop and support a local pet store instead.

Groomers don't know what they are doing! I asked for my dog not to be shaved except in areas that were matted, and she shaved him down to the skin all over!! I will never be back! When I told the manager, he just said that I had signed the paper to allow her to do it!! I'm not happy and neither is my dog!! I had even told her that I had been getting some of the mats out and I don't have the tools that they have, and it pisses me off because she said she would save as much hair as she could and she didn't! All this for $104!!

We went in having no idea what we needed for an aquarium but Lexi and Keegan were so great! Keegan knew so much about each type of fish and clearly cared about making sure we knew how to take care of them. She was patient with all of our questions and helped us so much!
