Store is nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Got my dog his shots yesterday but they declined to tell me when they called and asked for his vaccination record that he has to wait 48 hours. Would be nice if the website tells you when you’re booking and not just in the FAQ’s. A 30 minute drive and gas for nothing. Probably won’t ever come back based off the inconvenience.

The woman at the register definitely didn’t like that my mother and I were in the store. She didn’t speak when we walked in only looked at us. She was very friendly to the white lady in front of us in line…when it came time for her to ring us up…her mood changed…she hardly smiled…we could feel the negative energy…it was very unwelcoming. The store is well stocked…we found everything we were looking for…won’t visit this one again. Pretty sure petsmart knew who they were hiring.

I set an appointment with them knowing my dog's birthday and that his vaccinations weren't complete and was told by the employee with multicolored hair thatvits fine, they don't require complete vaccinations until 5 months. Got there for my am appointment on a Saturday, was completely ignored by the multicolored hair employee that scheduled my appointment and was rudely dismissed by the woman that finally did come to check me in. Garbage customer service. Will not be using their the future. If you can't even genuinely apologize for YOUR MISTAKES than you don't need to working in any kind of customer facing position.

It’s been a while since we’ve been to PetSmart, but our Groomer is always so busy, so we decided to give PetSmart another go and I must say they did pretty good. I love the conveniences of the location, although the staff isn’t too friendly they did a great job on our fur baby.

Staff seemed friendly enough. That earns them the 1 star. About 25+ people in line about half way across the building. This is not uncommon for this location. No lane for mobile pickup. Very inefficient. Probably understaffed. I get it. But no way I could sit in that line. You'd think we were lining up to ride the screaming eagle lol no thanks
