I’ve been bringing my XL Bully for well over a year & a half to get groomed. Denied servicing him today because he had small spots of blood on his paws from “their pavement”. Yet they’ve returned him to me in the past with cuts/blood on his paws. But I never made an issue of it. Won’t be bringing him here anymore.

I wish i could rate 0 stars. Every single tank had dead fish in the corner or stuck to the filters. The bettas water is nasty. I also found two dead ones. I kept trying to get them to move but they were for sure dead. The fish department sucks and doesn’t care about proper care.

I am extremely disappointed with the grooming service I received at the Wentzville location. This was my first time bringing my dog in, and it will absolutely be my last. The groomer, Maelina G., was not only unprofessional but also completely unhelpful. When I asked basic questions, she repeatedly responded with "I don’t know," which is unacceptable. As a professional, it is her responsibility to either have the answers or find them. Her lack of effort to assist was both frustrating and unprofessional. To make matters worse, my dog’s haircut was a complete disaster. Despite giving clear instructions on how I wanted the grooming done, Maelina completely disregarded them. The result is a terrible haircut with bangs, something I specifically didn’t ask for. It’s clear she didn’t pay attention or care about the details. I spent my hard-earned money expecting a decent service, and instead, I got poor quality and terrible customer service. I will not be returning.

Love shopping here because I can bring my dog with me, but to be honest, the price of dog/cat food is way more expensive than Walmart. If you’re looking for great dog/cat toys~this is your place! While the toys are more expensive, they’re also better quality. Same for bedding.

I love how cheap the fish are, but I would definitely treat them before putting them in my tanks unless they are Rainbow Fish. They're very hardy fish and they are beautiful never lost a rainbow fish from here never and bought lot's
