    I’m trying to be as understanding as I can, but staff was just plain rude. The evening of January 5, 2022, the store closed at 5 instead of 9 like the site said. I came in at 4:50 so the doors were not locked yet. I didn’t know until an employee approached me and kindly said they were closed but we could still look around. This employee deserves a good rating. But the older lady that was working I guess was her manger or just worked longer or something. When I asked the older lady if it was possible for me to still get my fish, she snapped at me saying they’re closed. I said I understood if it was too much of a hassle and happily was preparing myself to leave. That’s when the younger worker approached the older lady saying there was a lady standing outside asking if she could just come in and grab cat food. This customer in question clearly had a broken foot and was on crutches - and was left to stand outside in 19 °F while the younger worker pleaded with the older worker to please let her get her food. I don’t know what came of that but as someone who also works with the public, you don’t treat people like that. If was not the customers fault for coming right at “close” when the store was supposed to remain open for another few hours. Maybe it was a rough day, but be more understanding for peoples situations.

    Really like this store. They're very helpful. Ask if you need help,if you don't they won't bother you. Staff does answers your questions if they don't know will find someone who does know the answer. Have whatever I need. Prices could be better.

    Groomer that was scheduled did not look at our dog. Kayla , apparently took it upon herself to say our dog was to matted to wash . That he needed to be shaved ! I find it amazing that I know for a fact that he had some matting the last time we had an appointment. They did not have to shave him . I’m sure they were all in a hurry to get out of there . I would like to know what happened to Dani ? Bad time to blow smoke up our _ _ _ ! It’s truly amazing that each time they say the same thing yet are able to remove any possible matting. Wash home and take care of his nails . Yet this time , since our dog had the last appointment that it was possibly to much work .The kicker is also , I tip rather well ! We won’t be taking our dog to this so called groomer where they tell you something and you are to take it at full face value . So to your grooming staff you will not have to deal with us anymore. You have a nice day . Highly disappointed.

    My dog is on a prescription diet can only eat one kind of food hills digestive care i/d low fat. Every time I go to buy her food they only wanna have little bags out which cost a lot more then buying the big bag at $107.00. They have a spot and a tag but must never stock it. The Employee's just assume tell you they dont have any in the back then go look thats just easier for them. Occasionally you get a good Employee to go back and get a bag the rest wont even look. Customer service is terrible 9 out of 10 times.
