Customer service is not great. I was not greeted by any of the employees, even though there were 2 at the front of the store standing around talking. Never once got asked if I needed any help even though several employees walked right past me. The only one who even acknowledged me and my kids was the Blue Buffalo rep, she was very nice. I get up to the cashier and she is not friendly at all. She looked irritated because my kid picked up a toy and was playing with it. I pay for my stuff and tell her thank you, she doesn't respond back just stands there looking like she wanted to roll her eyes and shoves my receipt toward me. They definitely need to work on their customer service skills at this location. I worked for Petco for 7 years and I would have never treated customers so poorly. Petsmart needs to get their act together.

Customer service was great. The aisles were nice and neat which made it so easy to shop. Everything was well stocked.

We somehow always manage to run in there about 10 minutes until close!
It’s usually just for dog food do we don’t dilly dally but the other day I went a little photo crazy with all the cool doggy toys they had to choose from!
The staff is always friendly & helpful! We like to use gift cards that we get online & they know how to quickly & efficiently get us checked out!
It makes things easier when everything is clean & easy to find! We head straight for our dog food!

Great experience! Clean orderly store! Lots of help, even when it was very busy. Bought a birdcage that was set aside for me after calling ahead 2 days. Online price from PetsMart site was honored because instore price was almost double. Happy Consumer! Bird not from PetsMart.
