Great experience! Clean orderly store! Lots of help, even when it was very busy. Bought a birdcage that was set aside for me after calling ahead 2 days. Online price from PetsMart site was honored because instore price was almost double. Happy Consumer! Bird not from PetsMart.
They made me pay before I even got to see my pup, if I had seen my dog before payment, I would have been happy at all! He’s was still wet, for a doodle that means they did not properly brush him, his nails were not trimmed because they said he moved too much, his teeth were not brushed (I paid extra to have this done) and he looked scared when they brought him out. They said they were understaffed so they couldn’t get to everything I already paid for! It also too them 4 hours to “wash” and “dry” my dog. Stop over scheduling and do right by paying customers. I’ll never go there again.
I really like Petsmart as a whole and the staff was very nice but it smelled. Not like bagged dry pet food that will almost always have some odor but this was a cross between that and animal funk. I realize it has to be really hard with a short staff to do all maintenance and cleaning but other stores don't have this or at least not a bad. I will go back because of the really nice helpful staff but I just can't give it give stars. Sorry...
We somehow always manage to run in there about 10 minutes until close! It’s usually just for dog food do we don’t dilly dally but the other day I went a little photo crazy with all the cool doggy toys they had to choose from! The staff is always friendly & helpful! We like to use gift cards that we get online & they know how to quickly & efficiently get us checked out! It makes things easier when everything is clean & easy to find! We head straight for our dog food!
Update: Crystal reached out with an apology and wanted to make sure Max was ok and wanted to correct the issue in which she did as well as her staff. I appreciate all efforts in correcting the problem and going above to make it right. Max is doing much better, no itching, we have our coupon book and bandanna. Thank you very much. Great Customer service is what I am use to with this Petsmart. Very dissatisfied with the service provided. I purchased a full bath and haircut and upgraded the package as I always do. Never get what the package describes as well as this time our dog is extremely itchy and when asked what was used they didn’t know and told me “he gets what he already does” well that’s professional and on top of that what the finally told me what was used is not mentioned in the upgraded package. I spoke with Kelly the manager and was told I could come up and get what was missing which was bandanna and coupons, but my main concern is the continuous itching which he did not have prior to going. Nothing has changed in diet or his routine. I hope to get resolution with this issue.
