Love this Pet smart!! Ross and Olivia and the rest of staff are AMAZING with my corgis. Very knowledgeable and helpful!! Spent 5 months trying to get my oldest to eat never worked. With recommendations first shot this past month he hasn't missed a meal since eases my mind. I'm very grateful for all of them. Harley and Diesel are too! 😀
I went in this store earlier this week to get some test strips for my fish tank, and what I saw was unacceptable. The betta fish all basically looked like they were near death. They looked very unhealthy and most of them were in water with green sud floating in there??? How long have those fish been in those cups. Disappointing need to do better.
The crew that works with the veterinary department was not polite (just rude) or caring. I don't know if it was me or if they are like that with everyone and their animal babies. They definitely need some communication training as well as hire someone thats caring and shows concern. I took my injured baby somewhere else and that was the best decision.
The other day I went to petsmart to return 4 of my parakeets, and they said they can’t accept returns because the manager wasn’t there. We asked if there were any others managers and the lady said no. She didn’t even acknowledge us. We tried contacting the main corporate but they had some issues at their end so they couldn’t attend the call. The next day I called the manager and he put me on call with another lady. She said there were in fact more than 1 manager at the store. So the employee lied to her customers about there being no managers. 1 of the pair has already been 14 days and the day I went in it’s been exactly 14 days. At now it’s been 15 and they can’t accept it anymore. But they can accept the other pair. Unfortunately the pair we returned were two females because they were aggressive and we kept two of the males. The store lady was so rude. She said she won’t give us any birds because they only accepted it so that our birds won’t fight even though we have 2 males at our house right now and they can’t breed with each other. That lady basically just kicked me out. I tried telling her that I returned 2 females and have 2 males right now and that I need another 2 females which are not aggressive but she didn’t even listen to what I was saying and purposely ignoring me and just left. Petsmart I hope you fix this issue and your employees.
We found all of the puppy things for our new puppy that we are bringing home soon. We will be back for more things I am sure, because PetSmart has everything. Prices are not bad for pet toys, leashes, dog beds, and even if you want to drop your dog off at the PetSmart dog grooming.
