    The customer service here is AMAZING! They're helpful, knowledgeable and honest. We recently purchased a vehicle from them and they went above and beyond to make sure we got the vehicle we needed and at a fair price. They also made the purchasing process so incredibly easy. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, I would highly recommend Pinnacle Automotive!

    this place is awsome.my dad just bought his dream car 2014 silver corvette stingray from chris, he is the best sales guy. they have a great possitive people to work with.his attitude alone makes you want to always come here thanks for making him happy with this beautiful car.

    As we've made many attempts to reach out for someone besides Greg Dortch after his non response after promising to get the money back for us or paying for the parts and labor to make these urgent repairs. Leaving multiple messages for title department, Mr. Fitzgerald, and Chris Manion on Facebook to assist with our purchase that Greg misrepresented to us in August when selling this to us at his residence in St. Peters, Missouri. When specifically asked if there's ever been any leaks or prior damage to the roof or ceiling because there was a area over the bed and he stated no never which was obviously a lie. Also while there a light bulb burnt out and Greg stated he had just put a new one in we know know why we're replacing a handful of light bulbs once a week which is causing electrical issues. Im assuming this was the reason behind Greg not being available when we went to pick up and upon delivery and set-up there was water all around two slide outs with water and mud on the floor. The bed was wet. We have evidence in the paperwork from this sale that was left inside 5th wheel that there's been a prior claim made to the insurance company and that the previous owner was never satisfied with the repairs. But then again by the remarks that Greg made about making adjustments for his wife to use with awning it makes me a little confused about the transactions and ownership how it all actually took place. Especially since the title was completed improperly when purchased and having to wait for this to be taken care of and penalties now incurred. As I'm disabled and I feel that I was financially exploited. Your lack of response only tells me after Greg promised to be able to get the money back and or pay for repairs to no response after sending video of the water in the floors that had to be drained out. Photos of the poor caulking job done around trim and the job that they had someone do who was suppose to also seal roof, repair trim and seal in slideout. Whuch they decided to buff out the exterior which caused additional damage to trim. But now we're having to deal with the trim popping out exterior and interior in cabinetry causing tgthee nails to pop out, mold and water damage in ceiling, watermarks and floors. I am very disappointed in your lack of professional buisnes ethics and customer service. I feel scammed and will be pursuing this further as your going to be held responsible for this at the end of the day. With ceiling, trim, seals around the slide outs, stress crack, sky light, air conditioning, vents, and trim already damaged due to hail causing interior and exterior walls, cabinetry, floor damage due from stress crack and hail damage prior to purchase. As well as the furnace, hot water heater, water pump and electrical issues. I pray that you come to your senses before we end up in court as you've mentally and emotionally have caused great pain to my son and I in your misrepresentation and false promises.

    I mentioned the other week to some friends that at one time the worst pain I knew was labor pain.... until I had a tooth abscess- definitely worse. And then ... THEN I experienced car shopping with a teenager! There is no pain that compares! Seriously!!! This pain, however, was totally alleviated once we came across Pinnacle Automotive and our impressive salesman, Chris! I cannot praise his awesome customer service enough! His patient, laid-back, friendly, no pressure service was the absolute best and made the experience - dare I say - enjoyable. Pinnacle Automotive advertises having cars for $1000 to $500,000 - and while we unfortunately weren’t there to purchase the showroom Lamborghini, ‘68 Camaro, or Knight Rider Trans Am, we weren’t treated with any less respect. We were fortunate enough to find a car within our budget that was even better than we ever thought we’d come across. It was full of bells and whistles and as spotless as a brand new car ... despite being 7 years old. We will definitely keep Pinnacle Automotive at the top of our list the next time the need arises for a vehicle. It’s great knowing too, that if they don’t have what we’re looking for - they will search for us! Thank you Chris and Pinnacle Automotive!
