I just want to comment on my experience with a phone interaction with one of the representatives. It was incredible. Very compassionate and considerate. Took the time to be attentive to my needs and every detail I was providing. I left the conversation feeling extremely optimistic about our circumstances and super motivated to solve the problem.

Paid $100 for a 10 second video call to tell me water heater was cracked. Refused to give me a detailed breakdown/report for repair costs. Told me I needed to pay for the repairs on site and then would get an invoice detailing repair costs. Would not work with my insurance company in any capacity.

Pipe Solutions left a mess in our sewer and then ghosted us, putting our business, employees, clients, and livelihood at risk. Our facility was built in 1959 and had the original 1959 sewer lines in place. We were having blockages of our sewer, so our regular plumber recommended that we contact Pipe Solutions to have our sewer lined by them, in order to correct the problem permanently. We contracted with Pipe Solutions to line our sewer pipes. Instead of installing one continuous liner, they installed segments of liner and then planned to coat the sections of pipe between the liner segments with epoxy. When they couldn't get our pipes dry enough to apply the epoxy successfully, they left us with incompletely lined sewer pipes. At the beginning and at the end of each liner segment, the liner material curled into the sewer pipe channel, acting like a claw to catch toilet paper and other flushed items, blocking our sewers repeatedly and even more frequently than before Pipe Solutions' sewer pipe liner segments had been installed. Backups of sewage into public areas was so bad at times that we were forced to lock our doors to keep clients out due to concern for their safety. When I contacted the owner of Pipe Solutions, Steve Merlo, with these concerns, he did not have a plan to rectify the unlined sections. In fact, he stopped answering and returning my phone calls and texts, forcing us to seek out another sewer lining contractor (Behrle Plumbing). Thankfully, Behrle Plumbing was able to install one continuous liner over the incompletely lined sections and the curled liner ends which Pipe Solutions had left in our sewer pipes. We are now more than one year downstream from Behrle Plumbing's successful installation and we have not had one single blockage of our lined sewer pipes, stabilizing our business and protecting our employees and clients. (Thank you, Behrle Plumbing) We paid Steve Merlo and Pipe Solutions in full for their incomplete lining job, in excess of $30,000. We then had to pay Behrle Plumbing a similar amount to completely re-do the sewer pipe lining. Subsequently, we attempted to make a claim with Pipe Solutions' liability insurance. For the last year, the attorneys for the insurance company have been playing the delay game and giving us the runaround, refusing to pay us any remuneration for Pipe Solutions' failed attempt to line the sewer pipes. A small business owner recently said to me, "All businesses are good businesses when things go right. When things go wrong, that is when good businesses step up and make things right and bad businesses leave you with the problems they created." We are posting this review now as a public service. It appears that we will not receive any justice for Pipe Solutions' flagrant incompetence.

Tyler from Pipe Solutions came to check my hot water heater. He did a great job and found a leak along with the unit being very old. Took pix and said he’d turn it in to his company.He was on time, pleasant and answered my questions. He returned the next week at the time I was told he’d be here with my new water heater. Did a great job installing it. Cleaned up any mess he made. I was so pleased with his promptness, his professionalism, and his knowledge. Before leaving he explained everything I needed to know. I would use Tyler (and Pipe Solutions) in a second if the need arose again.

Tyler was amazing. Extremely professional. He was prompt and on time. He ensured I understood what the issue was with my water heater and what was needed for repair. It took a while for the part to come in but that is no fault of Tyler’s or the company.
