    I used to come here all the time. The staff was great, very welcoming. Now the staff changes often. and the ones now I don’t think are nice at all. I have not seen the staff change like it does here at any other Planet Fitness. I also had the frustration of the eyewear when tanning. They never ask for it and when they did and I didn’t have any they wanted to charge me or I couldn’t tan. They were very rude and that’s not the first time. I haven’t been back and I won’t be back .

    I love this place. Great equipment and no real wait time for a machine. Staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is clean. Excellent selection of tanning beds. Massage therapy is amazing! Take your workout to another level here. Love the hours.

    During covid, Planet Fitness closed its doors. When this happened I ended up having a stroke and couldn't get into the place to close my account nor could I go to the post office. They were closed down and couldn't go in to close my account which only left one option to send it in the mail. I had a family member go in to close my account for me because I could not when they opened their doors. The family member explained to the staff what had happened and that I couldn't come in. They would not let them cancel for me, how ridiculous and told them that it was my problem not theirs. I wrote an email to planet fitness letting them know that I couldn't get in there nor write a letter at that time. What did they do, well they continued to charge my account the fees. If you can buy online, why can't you cancel online. I have been being charged since 2020 when they closed almost 4 years later and I am still being charged. And still continues to charge me. Lost $1,289.40. I do not recommend using them, terrible customer service especially for the people with critical care issues. Thanks Planet Fitness for taking my money at a time that I needed it and kept taking it. Update 6/17/2024: They reach out and tell me to send an email to them, I did so far 6/7 I emailed, they asked a question on 6/9, I replied 6/9. And from 6/9 till 8 days later nothing, no more responses…….

    It's an okay gym, I really dislike that it's no longer open 24/7. It was when I signed up in 2017 and as someone who likes to go when there's less people in the gym it's hard to pull off on the weekends when it closes at 7:00pm. The staff and equipment are both fine. Also even though the amount of time I can use their service has decreased there's been no reduction in my monthly dues. So somehow a service business figured out how to pull off shrinkflation.

    I had an issue accessing the gym where my barcode didn’t work. Under the guidance of the employee at the desk, we created another account and I scanned my barcode and all worked perfectly. Fast forward to the end of the month and I get charged twice for the annual fee of $52.90 and twice for the monthly fee of $26.64. I then spoke to the manager, Summer, and she informed me they would not be processing a refund for the double charges. So I paid $159.08 for ONE month of Planet Fitness’ membership. Their employee obviously didn’t rectify the issue and instead compounded it, then the manager doubled down on it. Horrendous customer service and will never enter a Planet Fitness again.
