This planet fitness is a great location to stop any time of day. Whether it's at 2 or before, kids get out of school or 2 am. before anyone wakes up, this place will take care of you. All the machines you'd expect at planet fitness are here, including tanning and massage chairs. The bathrooms were clean, and all the equipment seemed quite new and in good shape. The staff behind the desk were very nice and kept walking around to make sure everything in the place was in order. They had music on in the place but it wasn't too loud.

Staff was great. Location was convenient to my hotel. Some of the equipment could use some love. Went to adjust seats and the pins pull apart, seats are flat, tape covering some padding. Overall I'd come back again.

The gym changed management about a year ago and I noticed the quality of care has gone down. The gym is being ran by teenagers. The equipment has started to break and is left unfixed, and the women’s bathroom smells like a sewer. I’ve noticed the airflow is down in the gym and there are rancid odors throughout. Nothing looks clean , and I often see several people at the front doing nothing but socialize with each other. I also see other members filming people, without consent . With the gym fee’s being raised, I think I’ll go elsewhere.

The workers up here are absolutely amazing. They do a great job of helping customers and being there whenever you need help. The community is awesome in people always wanting to help each other. The managers do an exceptional job as well to keep everyone on task and keeping the gym clean and in order. No complaints here. Especially Micah, Jacob, and Mya. Were all very helpful and the nicest people I’ve ever met! Keep up the good work guys! 11/10 recommend checking out planet fitness in wentzville!!!

Every patron should be required to take a gym etiquette class before attending gym. Patrons do not spray off machines after use & some hog a bunch of dumbbells at once. Dumbbells only go up to 75 pounds. Need them to go up to 150 pounds for the stronger patrons. No benches - only smith machines Regret switching from club to planet.
