This was a fun place, it was a little smaller than I expected, and the price for games was fair, but several machines took funds from our game card but didn’t work and it was difficult to get a staff member to assist. The play area was a lot of fun for my five year old. Seems like it would be a great place for a birthday party instead of just a day out for my kid. Prizes were kind of disappointing but my five year old still had fun. It was a very clean place and the counter staff that helped us were really friendly.

Great family environment, arcade has lots of different types of games and is fit for a wide range of ages. My favorite was the mini bowling! Also the full bar and great food makes it and easy choice to return soon!

We took our 2 grand boys today to Playtime and they had a blast! They are ages 5 & 2. They were able to play safely, while we were able to sit back and watch them enjoy their time. We ordered Pizza, and we were very impressed on the service and taste! They explained everything about their facility very well. We will definitely be taking the kids back! They are providing a very safe place for kids to not just play, but to develop and learn social skills We are thankful for their day today. We appreciate Playtime for offering such a great place for kids. We will see you next week! We didn’t get to utilize the entire facility. The kids were so thrilled with the jumping area, they forgot their was more to it. 😂

We went here with friends recently. I tried to purchase additional money onto my card. The machine took my money and did not put money on my card and did not give me my money back. Brought it to the manager Drew’s attention right away. Didn’t seem like he cared. Waited and asked how long it would be. Said I wouldn’t be able to get my money back until the next day when they look into it. After complaining about this the owner (not even sure her name)did come up and I did get a refund. She never apologized or anything. Took 45 minutes to resolve this. In the meantime my food got cold and my daughter couldn’t play anymore games since I’m not loading any more money onto her card. Bad customer service for $25! Should have been handled differently. I felt like a criminal. Very disappointed. We won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone. Just beware.

This place is busted. So many arcade games are not working, either out of service or it just takes your money. Very annoying. In the play area, it takes a long time for tables to get cleaned out. On busy days like Sunday, it can be hard to find a table. And it's not clean. Things feel dirty. The inflatable castles are a limited selection too. The area is fairly small so it can't fit much but that gets to my next point. It's kind of expensive. A family of 4 is easily $50 and closer to $100 for a full experience. It's not cheap or a good value. The food is typical fried foods, salty and no health value at all. Overall, I can't recommend this place. It's gone down hill over the years. Sure, it's useful for a gloomy rainy day but I don't look forward to coming here.
