I really like the professional and honest service I get from Plaza Tire. I totally trust Justin suggestions. He has never guided me wrong. Seeing him at the counter gives me a sense of trust and puts a smile on my face! I have never ever felt as a woman that he would over sell or have me pay for service I don't need. I have been going to this Lake St Louis Plaza Tire on hwy N for 10 years and will continue. Thank you Plaza Tire for maintenance on my car to make me feel safe while driving!

I had an appointment today for an oil change and tire rotation, the appointment was made 1 week ago. On the phone I asked how much the visit would be, and the woman said that a tire rotation would be free since I was getting an oil change. Awesome! When I arrived Mark was at the counter to get me checked in. He kept getting very frustrated every time the phone would ring, and kept saying “ugh” before putting them on hold. They only had me down for an oil change, and I said I need a tire rotation as well, and told him I was told by the women on the phone it would be free since I am getting a service done. He kinda laughs and rudely goes “well did you buy tires from me?” I said not my current ones, but I have in the past. He didn’t care and said “well it’s gonna be $25” Okay fine, I just need it done. Then he proceeds to tell me they don’t have the oil needed for my car so he’s gonna have to order it. Seriously? This appointment has been scheduled for a week, you think they would look ahead and see what oil is needed for cars they have on the schedule. 2 hours later I’m finally out of there. Not very good customer service, I won’t be back.

Called last minute in hopes I could get my slow leak tire repaired, but this location is a busy one, which is good for them. Sean* told me I could stop by right then and he’d have it taken care of. Always a nice experience here. Thanks again, guys.

When I picked my car up last night after a tire repair, I noticed it was not driving right. Today as I was starting on a long trip, I noticed the car started pulling really hard to the right and the picture shows the tire pressure. This is now Plaza Tire release the car. The manager on today was extremely dismissive, offering an 11am appointment so they can "look at it" and stating the difference in PSI will not cause the issue I am describing. Other tire repair shops I called this morning, including GMC, do not agree the difference in 10 PSI will not causing the pulling and advised I will damage the car if I drive it a long distance in the shape Plaza Tire left it. We've used Plaza Tire in the past, but the service this time and dismissiveness and lack of urgency including not willing to get me in ASAP will cause us to never be back.

It was faster then last year when I got tires and I got a way better deal . And Shawn was very professional and nice and he had some manners too . I hope you all can keep him working at LSL
