    Those that think that "tires are tires" - are missing a LOT of fundamental education that'll change how you drive your vehicle, but also elevate confidence and likely save you money - if you choose to shop with Cain and the gents over at Lake Saint Louis Plaza Tire Services. I came in mid--afternoon on a Tuesday and wanted to simply get a bid for tires (all of which performed well and over the recommended numbers - thanks to focused driving, regular maintenance and avoiding performance car-based idiocy). Cain got me three comprehensive bids that not only gave me a simple refit of what I had (Firehawks) but also shared two other offers - as well as some questions to help focus my shopping needs. This simple activity is something that is almost ENTIRELY LOST in every shopping activity out there, and I'm glad that Cain and the experts here continue a fine tradition of not just "shucking the most-expensive deal" but dial down to find what you'll WANT and NEED for the kind of driving you and your family include in your transportation regularly. I went with the Nokian Zline A/Ss, which offer better performance in the rain (and the UGH, snow) which is one of the very few pain points I have driving "The Eagle" (a 2018 Dodge Charger R/T) in that - driving, especially on the highway in the rain, felt perilous at best with the Firehawks. That ALL DISAPPEARED with these Nokian Zlines. The bottom line is that if you're looking for some education about your vehicle and the tires it CAN USE, as well as wanting to build a relationship that will foster safe family driving and might even save you some money as it all happens - time to load up, and make your way to Lake Saint Louis' Plaza Tire Services. Great work, Cain & Company. Glad to be your customer and will refer all that I can to you.

    I went in to have 4 new tires put on my car. I picked up my car and started driving and the front passenger tire was almost flat. I called and they said they may of forgot to air it up. No apology at all. I aired it up at my house, by the morning it was flat again. I took my car back to Plaza and told them what was going on. Still no apology. They said they will look at it. 4 hours later they told me that the valve stem was bad and they also broke a sensor and they replaced it. Still no apology. I drove my car home and my sensor didn’t work. I called they said they may have forgot to calibrate it. To stop by and they will calibrate it. They then call me and tell me that the calibration machine is broke. I will have to go to another Plaza or wait until they get it fixed. Still no apology. I wait for a week, then get it calibrated and it finally works. I will never go to Plaza again. I know mistakes happen, but this was a total of 5 mistakes and not one simple apology. Plaza sucks, go somewhere else.

    Staff was great and they did what they said they’d do. However, and this isn’t the employees fault, but don’t falsely advertise a “1 hour guarantee” knowing it won’t happen in an hour. When I made the appt, days in advance, the employee told me it would take 1 to 1-1/2 hours. When I dropped it off and said I’ll be back in 2 hours I was told we’ll do our best and they had it done in just under 2 hours.

    Dropped off the vehicle the night before so that they could change the oil and rotate the tires. Called at 4:30 pm to see if it was ready. Justin said that they were currently working on it and should be done by 5:15 pm. Got to the shop at 5:33 pm and Justin said that they were just finishing it up. My wife dropped me off and seen that at 5:33 pm they were just pulling the vehicle in for service. It is now 5:55 pm and I am still waiting for an oil change and tire rotation to be completed. Fingers crossed that they completed the service properly and didn't forget something...

    When we picked our vehicle up there were two lights illuminated on the dash that were off when we dropped the car off. My wife called back in, not 20 minutes later, to ask about it, and was told that the lights were already on when they received it and they "don't work with that". These lights were NOT on when I dropped off our car and I now have to take the car to an auto shop to figure out what is wrong because this location would not help. Really unsatisfied with this experience. Did not bother to ask to talk to a manager. Update: I went into Plaza again in-person to attempt to resolve this, and the gentleman at the counter was very nice, but it seems like the guys in the shop have a great little story going together about how these lights were on when they received my car. There is no accountability here apparently, as they can just buddy up and tell the same lie. Very friendly customer service, but very dishonest shop and nothing they could do to help.
