The staff at Port Charles has been incredibly helpful; especially Paul. After dinging up my props due to low water in the Illinois river, their team pulled the boat the same day I called and have worked hard to expedite the repair and get our Azimut back in the water. In addition, they have easily handled some other services I required. Best and friendliest service I have encountered on my travels. Highly recommend their facility.

Nice dock and plenty of room. Very convenient to launch to get over to 521. If I’m with the kids, I just go here to avoid the Riverside Landing chaos. $15 in+out

Great organization, they took care of me when I needed it most. Will stop in again, great parts selection, great people and fuel... which 3 other places had nothing from the 4th of July weekend. Dusty and Paul and the entire crew get a perfect 100%!

If we're going out on the river on my dad's boat, this is where we always launch from. Our family and friends like it. It's well-staffed. There's great bathrooms with a shower. It's a good location on the river, near the Illinois and Mississippi confluence. The only downside is that there's only the one ramp and you might have a wait during peak times while others launch or pull out. The fee to launch your boat is $15, as of this review.
