Leo definitely knows what he's doing when it comes to computers and he gets The job done quick! The first one was a gaming desktop build from scratch that he finished incredibly fast! I brought him my laptop this time and he could have charged me to fix it but he was honest and showed me why it wasn't worth fixing and offered me a much better laptop for less money than I would pay to fix my old one. I appreciate that kind of honesty because you don't run into many people like that doing business these days. If your computer messes up and you need fixed quick at a good price, I no we're I'll be going! Thanks Leo
Power Up Computers did an excellent job of repairing my daughter's apple laptop. She was leaving the country to go to school abroad and was on a very tight schedule. Years worth of experience allowed them to open the computer, determine what parts were needed and use a vendor that could deliver the parts in the shortest amount of time. It came down to the wire, but the repairs were performed flawlessly in time for my daughter's schedule! Ya! They even stayed late to achieve our goal not to mention that their prices are always extremely reasonable. You can't go wrong with Power Up Computers!
Leo was great. My daughter’s gaming computer was not able to transmit any HDMI signal to the monitor after she installed the new rams. For a moment, I thought she fired the motherboard and I had to buy a new PC. I dropped the PC off to Leo at 5pm and got it back the next day. He even took time in explaining to me few upgrade options on my video cards for future reference. The repair fee was also very reasonable.
Leo was fantastic to work with. He was extremely prompt, knowledgeable, and overall helpful for my situation. He certainly went above and beyond to help repair and retrieve a computer that held a lot of sentimental value. I will not be using anybody else for as long as I can and I can’t recommend his services enough.
I highly recommend Lou for your computer repair. My hard drive on my laptop was ready to fail. I took it to Lou and he installed a new faster drive the same day!! His price is reasonable too. He's very knowledgeable and a friendly guy.
