From the moment I arrived to explain my issue to Leo, his attentiveness and communication were truly remarkable. He kept me informed at every stage of the process, providing regular updates that helped alleviate my concerns. Leo at Power Up Computers successfully salvaged my external hard drive, which I had thought was irrecoverably lost. Their expertise and unwavering dedication made a significant difference, and I maintained a high level of confidence throughout the entire process. Power Up Computers and Leo are awesome! I wanted to get my wife a nice Christmas present. She had been wanting a desktop computer. I went in the “big box” store and waited around for 30 minutes just to get somebody to talk to, only to find out that their selection was very very limited. Then I went online to The top computer maker and built up what I wanted, in terms of processor, solid state Drive, drive size that I wanted, and the ram, etc. after designing what I wanted… I would’ve had to take out a loan to pay for it. I stumbled across Leo‘s shop because of his ratings, and I went in there and talked to him. I was a little worried that he was in a building that was off the beaten path, and that I had to dodge a few stacks of used computers on my way to his counter… but he was super nice, as in… he seemed to care about what I wanted… He told me how long he had been in business there and I knew how many good Google reviews he had so I decided to give it a shot.. He told me he could start with a used machine that he already had in stock, that had a super fast processor, and then put whatever I wanted on it and so we did that., And now my wife has a desktop Computer that I am envious of!! It’s the fastest computer we’ve ever had and it works flawlessly… for a FRACTION of the cost. And he has service after the sale! I had one issue installing MS office… I called Leo. He walked me through it. It is so nice to have somebody that can do that. I would’ve had to gone in the queue at the “big box” store and waited for days Probably just to even talk to somebody with a little piddly problem. I can’t recommend this place enough. I can't recommend this Power Up Computers enough! Leo is nothing short of a wizard when it comes to solving incredibly complex issues with PCs of all kinds. I brought my high-end gaming PC to him, and he moved mountains to get it back to perfect working condition. After meticulously diagnosing the exact components causing problems, Leo, who is an absolute prodigy in the world of computers, worked his magic. Despite thinking I had a solid understanding of computers, Leo's expertise blew me away. His mastery over the intricacies of hardware and software left me thoroughly impressed. completely stop working after 5 years. I searched for a person who could look it over & hopefully fix it. In researching I came across Power Up Computers. After reading all the stunning reviews I decided to use Power Up Computers. I just walked in the store Tuesday evening after work. I will say the store is extremely packed with electronics. It was very hard to walk through the small path to get to the owner Leo's desk. Once there Leo could not have been more nice. He said he would check out my laptop & get back with me as soon as possible. Thursday afternoon he called to let me know that my laptop was non fixable. He offered to sell me a laptop that was a far better quality laptop than I had had. I had already priced brand new ones very similar to my old one. The price for the laptop he offered was lower than all the brand news I had looked at plus he would transfer everything from my old laptop to the one he had. Leo sent me pictures of the laptop & told me all the upgrades I would have with the laptop he was offering so I could decide. He wasn't pushy about it. On Friday I decided to purchase the laptop he offered. I couldn't make it in to his shop until after work Friday. After I said I would purchases his laptop, Leo said he would transfer everything to the new laptop & it would be ready to go when I came in Friday evening. After I got to his shop, he spent time going over everything & some tricks to help me with my new laptop. Leo is extremely knowledgeable about computers. A very honest & trustworthy man. I took my new laptop home & was able to get right on & start using it. It has a lot more than my old laptop plus it is windows 11 where my old one was still windows 10. He said I had a 90 warranty & that I could call him anytime if I needed help with anything. I am very happy & impressed with my whole experience with Leo & Power Up Computers! I will definitely be using Leo if I ever need help & referring him to everyone I know. Thank you so much Leo.
Leo with Power Up is fantastic! He's very knowledgeable, professional, timely and courteous. He went above and beyond to assist me with resolving my computer issues in a timely manner so I didn't have to have too much downtime from my job where it is critical I have a working computer. I will be a customer of theirs for life! If you are needing computer issues resolved or needing an upgrade or a new computer I would not hesitate to recommend Power Up!
