Worst customer service I’ve dealt with in years. Joe behind the counter acted like placing my paint order was a burden from the very beginning. Short, snotty responses throughout my experience, but just bit my tongue and placed my order. When I called to check the status of my order, the amount of disrespect I received from Joe for bothering him with a phone call (attempting to give him business) was second to none. It borderline felt like I was being yelled at like a child. I promptly requested my order to be cancelled. I have a family PPG discount that I willingly walked away from and will gladly pay double at a competing store just to avoid giving Joe a pennies worth of my business.

We came in looking for cabinet paint and Rick was awesome. He explained all the things we might need, how to complete the project, & gave us advice on the whole process. Their Breakthrough paint came highly recommended & I expect really good things.

This is an excellent place for the professional contractor or even the average "DYI" homeowner to buy their paint and supplies. They have a very freindly knowledgable staff ready to serve you. When you know what you want or if you need any color matched this is the place to go. Unlike the big box stores that have service that is "hit or miss". These guys are always on target and get it right.

Horrible customer service. Associates pick up the phone extremely unprofessionally and are short with their customer- even if it’s a sister store requesting help from them. As if the employees are always mad at the world.

Very knowledgeable about the product I wanted to use on my project and not just computer knowledge, but personal hands on knowledge that a download can't provide .
