Precise Carpet Cleaning did three of our rooms in our house. Some rooms had pretty bad old stains from several years ago. The guys got all the stains up. The carpets look new. Very professional and nice crew. Would definitely recommend! See pics of before and after.
I am very happy with the job Bret performed from Precise Carpet Cleaning. I had 4 rooms of carpet cleaned. I have experience with other carpet cleaners and there were several things that impressed me with Bret and this company. First, he showed up on time and his truck and equipment were clean. Second, he was respectful to my home, using corner guards to protect the walls from the hose and put foam pieces under the legs of my couch, and also moved a couple small items off the floor that I had missed. Third, my carpet looked and smelled great after AND dried quickly. There was no residue or wet spots. Lastly, I felt the cost was reasonable, especially compared with some of the national carpet cleaning companies I have gotten estimates from now and in previous years. I will be using Precise Carpet Cleaning again.
The Precise Carpet Care team was friendly, professional and efficient. Sam and Ricky worked well together as a team and I look forward to a fresh smelling house! It was easy to schedule and they were on time. I will be calling them again! Thank you!
Wonderful service! The crew was one time. They protected the corner of my walls (which went above and beyond). The crew was courteous and respectful of my home and dealt well with my crazy dog’s howling in the basement. My couches look so clean and smell wonderful. I will definitely be recommending them to neighbors and friends and will have them back to clean the carpets! Very impressed!
On the recommendation from a friend I called Rich over at Precise Carpet Cleaning and to my surprise they were able to get me in the same week, right before Thanksgiving week. He sent two guys out and they were both presentable and polite. They did an awesome job of handling our carpet and even did a great job on the stairs!
