On the recommendation from a friend I called Rich over at Precise Carpet Cleaning and to my surprise they were able to get me in the same week, right before Thanksgiving week. He sent two guys out and they were both presentable and polite. They did an awesome job of handling our carpet and even did a great job on the stairs!

I chose Precise bc they were a local, family owned business. I was not disappointed! The technicians were highly trained and knowledgeable. The results were amazing! I didn’t take “before” pics bc the carpets were embarrassing!!! Pet stains and 6 years of wear and tear have vanished! These photos really don’t do the results justice!

If I could give Precise Carpet Cleaning 10 stars I would!!!!! First of all who wants to clean soaked in dog urine out of a rug! But when I called to check pricing and if they would even clean my rug they were so friendly and nice and had no problem with it. When I got to the office to drop the rug off they actually came out to my car to get the rug out of my car for me and then thanked me for wrapping it in plastic. When it was time to pick the rug up they came out and put my rug in my car for me and even help my puppy while I ran back out to my car to get the payment since it was storming. The amazing customer service EVERYONE has that works here is outstanding! If everyone in this world could take a lesson on interacting with others from them this world would be a better place! Thank you again!

Bret and Cody showed up early and were very nice and knowledgeable. They explained exactly what they were going to do and what their products do. We are very happy with the finished product and while they were at the house, we got a quote for our basement. We will be using Precise in the future!

Highly recommend Precise Carpet Cleaning! Bret and his team did excellent work on our carpet. Very knowledgeable, polite and on-time. They answered all our questions. We will be using them moving forward. A great local company too. When I set up the appointment, the owner called me back to to go over all logistical information.
