    On 05/22/23, Premiere Irrigation activated my sprinkler system. A couple of days later, I was mowing the lawn and noticed water standing on the surface of the ground over the valve covers. I contacted Premiere Irrigation about the leak and they couldn't come out for a week. (I have a leak and they can't come for a week.) So a week later (06/02/23) Premiere Irrigation came out and told me the leak wasn't them (not the irrigation system) and to contact the city -- and then billed me $106. I contacted the City of Wentzville who came out quickly (next day) and tested and determined it was my irrigation system after all. I contacted Premiere Irrigation again and they couldn't come for another week. On 06/12/23, Premiere Irrigation came out and dug a big hole down to the sprinkler value and sure enough, it was leaking. I was told they couldn't fix it and I'd need to call a plumber and billed me $185 for this trip. Call a plumber? In St. Charles County? This valve had been replaced at least once already by another sprinkler company (not a plumber). Anyway, I didn't want the same valve installed that has a major proclivity to leak after the warranty is up in a year so I asked if there was a better valve than the typical gate valves that tend to develop leaks when manually opened and closed after a couple of times. I called them and talked to Randy and he told me he'd send me an estimate for the repair the next day (6/14) -- but I never heard from him. Then they scheduled me for another week out. By then, the leak would be 3 weeks old, the sod they dug up dead and they've already charged me $291 and the problem is not fixed. So I contacted another irrigation company and they immediately prioritized me for the next day. On 06/15/23, the problem was resolved and no new valve was even needed. I now have a new irrigation company/service. Premiere Irrigation was unreliable and overcharged me, in my opinion.

    Premiere installed my new sprinkler system and it’s working beautifully! I had the system installed in May and after a full 3 months I’ve had no issues at all. The lawn has fully recovered and looks better than ever. Jose and his crew did a great job with the installation and I was most impressed with the clean up and the way the yard looked afterward. Other than the obvious lines where the pipe was pulled it looked great. And after about 2 weeks I couldn’t tell where they had actually ran the lines. I’m really picky about my lawn and I’ve seen some really bad installs where the yard looked destroyed when they were done, a lot of mounds and rocks laying around, but I didn’t have to do anything at all to mine. Randy did a great job explaining how the system would go in, and what to expect during installation. After the installation was done he personally came back out and explained how the controller worked, and help me set the cycle times and told me the best times to water. I’m really happy I got this done and somebody finally did what they said they would do, and when they said they would do it. No more dragging hoses for me. Thanks, and keep up the good work!

    We had the opportunity to request a quote for landscape lights for the front of our home. We contacted Gene, and he quickly and efficiently provided a very reasonable quote. We affirmed the quote and the team from Premiere Irrigation & Lighting installed the lighting very professionally. Any time I had a question about the process, Gene was responsive, professional, and respectful. We are so thankful for their quality service!

    Used for system startup, was short staffed so tech had to leave without completing everything. 6 weeks later they finally came back to complete turn on and and perform two minor repairs and I was charged another 1.5 hours for service call which ended up being more expensive then the startup. I called office to tell them this should have all been done first time, return visit should have never been required. Offered nothing to compensate, told them would never use again and they just said, 'ok'. 2nd tech that came out was very knowledge and friendly, but had a mess to clean up from first tech. Office needs lessons in customer service

    The technicians are amazing but unfortunately the owner & person who give quotes on additional work is below subpar. I have never worked with a company managed liked this company. I requested 3 quotes for additional work at my home and after over a month and 3 phone calls I received a phone call from the owner with 1 verbal quote and an install time frame that was another month away. The owner was rude and I truly believe the only way this business is still in business is because of the technicians and the female that answers the phone. She repeatedly apologized but the owner just sort of apologized.
