Absolutely thrilled with my experience at ProSteam Carpet Care! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the customer service was top-notch. The team arrived on time, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and took great care in explaining the process. They worked diligently to remove stains that I thought were permanent, and the results were nothing short of amazing! My carpets look brand new, and the fresh scent is a delightful bonus. The servicemen was extremely kind and polite. No issue there. Only problem I had was when he serviced the actual unit it wasn't cleaned out completely. I asked him to do it again which he did but wasn't able to get a second photo afterwards. I am glad I had the work done but if I am paying 500 dollars I would like to know I am getting my moneys worth. Here is a photo after the first time he cleaned the main unit.

I definitely recommend this company. I definitely recommend the technician that came out. He was polite professional did a wonderful job went over everything. It was more than initial cost but me already knowing that it would be more. I was already prepared for it if you have pets and 20 carpet, this is the company for you. They made our carpets look brand new. I own a business myself and this employee was beyond five stars. I hope they take care of that employee because if he ever quits he’s not replaceable.

The tech did a good job. The carpets looked clean and fresh. The con is that the price was considerably higher than what was quoted when I scheduled. After some give and take we worked out a compromise. Don't like surprises. For that reason I'm giving them three star.

Noah was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. After we agreed with the price, he got right to work and completed the job to my satisfaction. He kept his tools and equipment in good order and cleaned up completely when finished. I also trusted the company to take care of my Persian carpets.
