Prosteam did amazing job cleaning a high traffic area that hadn’t been commercially cleaned in a decade. You can see the results in the pictures! Just amazing! The technician also cleaned the vents. Very professional. Great customer service. Communication before, during, and after the job was completed. Highly recommend!
This was my first time using this company, and it was a phenomenal experience! I will definitely use them in the future and refer them to neighbors Antoine was my technician and he was pleasant and took his time and explained the process. He did my hardwoods they look brand new! ProSteam is the way to go!
Good afternoon this is Miss Terry although your men were very professionally acting I commend them for such a wonderful job they tried to do, but I don’t think your solution works very well. I watched them clean it, but this is the results. Once it dried, it doesn’t look clean at all. I don’t know what to say, but the solution that they were using didn’t remove the stains and they weren’t deep stains just average every day stain. You’re guys worked very well I just don’t think your solution is very good. I’m not pleased with my outcome. What are you willing to do?
Fair service at a fair price. Had to leave and comeback because of broken equipment. Wasn’t able to remove red stains and grease stain from carpet. Back of truck wasn’t clean and professional looking. Gentleman was very nice but I recommend a uniform or suspenders. He pants were hanging down his rear end. I would provably have paid more for more professionalism. Just sharing our experience.
Excellent service with Pro Steam Carpet and Restoration! Had our ducts cleaned - attentive to detail, less expensive than the ones who advertise on TV, secretary kept us in the loop, technicians, picture and name was sent to us within an hour of his arrival, professional, family owned, Gentlemen cleaned up before leaving, very, very minimal work on our part, except moving furniture, pleasant and cheerful operation, Thorough cleaning. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting their ducts cleaned.
