Rachel is by far the best therapist/counselor I could ever ask for. She really listens and can recall things I've mentioned years ago (yes, she's that good, I've been going for two years). I don't ever leave feeling like my problems were heavier than they were before or feeling like I can't handle something I'm going through. My anxiety and depression have also improved since I've been going to Rachel. Whether that's from feeling listened to or just Rachel providing me with valuable tools to handle these things, I don't know. I only know I couldn't have been dealing with these issues without her. She really is the best of the best.
