I went to a different jeweler to get my watch battery changed out and less than an hour later the back came off. Decided to have Randy’s Jewelry put it back on. They easily put it back on in no time at all. They were very informative and friendly. This watch was a present from my wife from when we were dating, so I was very relieved that they were able to put it back on. They didn’t even charge me for it and said Merry Christmas on my way out! Will definitely come back again!

Randy's is exceptional! They've always been happy to clean my ring and when I desired an upgrade in side diamonds, they offered a great price and worked with me to get me exactly what I saw in my mind. Quality and friendly service!

Hands down THE BEST!! Let me tell you why … With the recent passing of my mother, I inherited a few pieces of jewelry. One of them was her mothers ring - my grandmother. I took these pieces to Randy’s Jewelry in hopes we could re-create my wedding ring incorporating some of the inherited diamonds. My hope was to also have two additional rings put together for other loved ones from these pieces. They accommodated this request beyond my wildest dreams. My happiness exploded when I saw what was created. (I also shed a few tears at the counter.) I went in with an idea, and with the work of Ryan and Bob from Randy’s Jewelry they made a creation that holds a family story. I’m forever grateful!

Best service around. Jennifer exceeded my expectations. After loosing my wedding band a while back I was ready to take a peak at some family pieces and see what I could make. My grandfathers stones were set into a band to wear with my fathers band, worked perfectly. Simple, stylish and most of all a piece of my family. I didn’t want to upgrade and she didn’t push. She listed and new I wanted to wear these items. Thank you so much! We will be back again and again.

We went to have my mom's rings looked at and see how much they were worth the guy at the counter told her that they were poor quality rings and they weren't worth much. One of the Rings they said was only worth $95 and her ruby ring was only worth $100. So we decided to get a second opinion at Kay Jeweler! Thank God we did! The ring that the man said was worth $95 is worth about $1,200 or more! And the Ruby ring is actually a special kind of Ruby so it's rare. We will never be going back there! Something is just not adding up. We are so thankful that we got a second opinion!
