Working with the medical assistants and the doctor during the actual appointment was great. the front of office staff were a little short and could be more inviting, they sort of barked orders at me as soon as i came in, but they seemed kind of stressed. won’t deter me but it was weird.

I had a great experience at Regional Eyecare in Wentzville. I was able to schedule an appointment online. The staff were extremely friendly. I’m a new patient, but felt like I have been coming here for years. I didn’t wait long for Dr. Toebben, and he was super nice. I thought the glasses I purchased were reasonably priced. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them!!

The staff was so friendly. I feel bad that I can't remember who helped me pick out new glasses. She was so patient. I can take awhile to make a decision and she didn't make me feel rushed. She listened to what I liked/wanted and found some great options. She also made sure with my two insurances that I was getting the best deal from both of them since I got glasses and contacts.

Office staff was very friendly. I had no wait time to be seen. They explained every thing as the did the test . The dr was not rushed took time to explain the results of test and answer question. The office was very clean and they have all the modern state of the art equipment. I very highly recommend this practice

Everyone is very helpful, nice and respectful! I've never had to wait beyond my appointment time to be seen. Very friendly and I would recommend them to anyone needing excellent service for their vision.
