Unfortunately, someone backed into my truck in a parking lot and damaged my front passenger door and my front right hand fender. The insurance company recommended Rick’s and I’m glad I listed to them. The repair is flawless. I checked it up close and from far away, both during the daytime and the night time. In the sunlight and when it was overcast. I couldn’t find a single issue. It looks like it came straight out of the factory. And the customer service was exactly what you would hope for, both friendly and professional. I will recommend Rick’s to anybody who will listen for the rest of my days. Thank you to the Rick’s Auto Body team. You guys have got it figured out.

Rick’s has been such a godsend after my 2 month old brand new car was sideswiped. (Bad luck, I know.) The repairs on my vehicle were delayed due to supply chain issues with Volkswagen and I got a call as soon as my parts came in. (However, the team would have been able to get me in quickly without the parts delay.) The car looks brand freaking new after spending some time getting some love from Derrick and the Rick’s team. Rick’s is an honest company, too. After getting the car back the first time, Derrick explained that the grille came in damaged from Germany. It looked perfect to me, but it had internal damage. They easily could have neglected to tell me and I never would’ve known. A week later, it had arrived. When I brought it in the second time, the staff worked around my travel schedule to ensure the car was fixed up when I got back to town. Previous to visiting Rick’s, I was given quotes by unprofessional repair shops who treated me like I was stupid. Derrick and the team here have made a lifelong customer. (Though I hope it will be quite a while until I need their help again!) One extra perk of this company is that they have three office dogs! Nothing better than that. Now my dog, Scout, and I can get back on the road!

First let me say that Matt at Rick's Auto Body is kind, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. This is our go to place for almost 20 years and about 5 incidents. When on the road a lot, driving from O'Fallon to Ferguson or Arnold daily and doing weekend shows in all kinds of weather, one tends to experience some things. So we've gotten to know these good folks and have always been satisfied, never displeased. Today they were again gracious and helped me with a parking lot scratch. I recommend Rick's Auto Body whether needing them for an insurance claim or just wanting to get some work done. Thanks, Rick's.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Rick’s Auto Body. My wife recently brought our car in for repairs, and the way she was treated was unacceptable. The staff spoke down to her as if she didn’t understand anything about the process, which was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful. To make matters worse, they claimed there were paint blemishes on the car before we even brought it in. This was not mentioned during our initial discussions, and it felt like an excuse to cover up their own mistakes. We expected a certain level of customer service, and being treated with such condescension and dishonesty is simply unacceptable. It’s disheartening to see that customer care and respect are clearly not priorities here. We won’t be returning and would caution others to consider this before choosing Rick’s Auto Body for their repairs. ***I just spoke with my neighbor, who mentioned that he received a car back from Rick's Auto Body with a broken windshield. Instead of addressing the issue directly, Rick's Auto Body attempted to file a claim on my neighbor's insurance. This seems quite concerning and unprofessional, so I highly recommend you stay away from them.***

Me and my family have had the misfortune of having to do business with them multiple times with several cars over the years. The only thing they can do consistently is give poor customer service and a very poor repair job. Save your money, time, car, and stress by doing business elsewhere than Rick’s Auto Body. Edit: to this day I keep finding things they broke on my cars. Don’t take your vehicle here unless you want it to be more broken than when it arrived.
