My water heater went out, right before Thanksgiving. John was able to come over and repair the issues we were having. I seriously can't stress how pleased I am with their attentive service. They truly cared. I'll recommend them to anyone.

I don't even know how to say how awesome Rippelmeyer Services is! John went above and beyond. Needed a water heater replaced, under warranty. John took care of everything with the water heater company. Took care of getting the new from the store. Explained everything through the whole process, which took a few days to deal with warranty. Absolutely fantastic service, explanation, timeliness. Cannot recommend and thank Rippelmeyer enough. A++

This Company Is AMAZING!!!!! I mean Holy Molly!! I have Never Worked with Such a Great Company like this one on my houses... Family Owned Businesses, Really do Stand for the little Guy... Our installer John Rippelmeyer was Extremely Professional, Clean & went into details to Explain the Job he was doing which made ME ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! From the bottom of My Heart THANK YOU GUYS!!!! Called them to replace old hot water heater. They were able to get here within a few days and installation was under 2 hrs. Both techs were nice, informative, and professional. And they were hundreds less than competitors.
