We are so fortunate to have privately owned jewelers like Roemer Originals in St Charles. The staff is so knowledgeable, helpful and experienced in their business. You just don’t get their quality of service online. I recently had them help me create necklaces for my sister in laws to remember their mom and dad. The staff offered wonderful ideas and were able to design them on my budget. The pieces are beautiful! Thank you Roemer Originals for the very personal attention.

Tom and team are incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. It’s easy to tell they’re a family owned and operated business. I was back and forth on a few things regarding the engagement ring I purchased. Never once did Tom lose patience. Their customer service level is not easy to find. Bought my fiancés engagement ring here and it is so beautiful! The staff here really knows what they’re doing and they really take care of you.
