2 weeks ago my engagement ring was damaged. Out of nowhere my center stone fell out. We found the diamond but the top of it was chipped. I was completely devastated. We took the ring in and they were able to put the stone back in. The diamond was still chipped. I was heartbroken. My fiancé didn’t purchase insurance when he bought the ring last September. So we were in a situation where what seemed to be our only option was to keep the ring and diamond how it was or buy a new center diamond. But again the ring doesn’t have any proteion plan so if it were to get damaged like that again we would be in the same position needing to pay out of pocket. Arlene who helped us was amazing. She could feel and see how uneasy I was. We were at the store for 3 hours and she was calling different people trying to get us a deal where we trade in the ring and get an upgrade. She went out of her way for hours just trying to get us a better deal. The people she talked to said it wasn’t going to be possible because we had no insurance on the ring. We ended up going ahead and just buying a new ring that looked very similar only bigger basically just because we needed a ring with insurance. Arlene was absolutely amazing and so so so kind. She was such a huge blessing in my fiancé and I experience. I could not thank that woman enough for how well she helped us. She’s so professional and personable. She’s earned lifetime customers from my fiancé and I as long as she’s working there. Words don’t justify how she turned our story around and helped us. Absolutely amazing and hardworking woman. The store is so lucky to have her on their team. If you go to their store ask for Arlene to help you, she will make it your best jewelry experience yet!!!

We got my engagement ring at Rogers & Hollands and Arlene Morrow was incredible to work with. The jeweler Kim was also the absolute best when it came to resizing the ring. We were concerned about the integrity of the center stone when getting it resized but Kim did such a great job and got it back to us so quickly. Could not recommend this team enough!

Mrs. Morrow is amazing! She goes above and beyond with her customer service and is very knowledgeable. I would recommend her and this location to anyone looking for jewelry. They have a great selection. I can’t say thank you enough for all her help!
