Store was empty compared to what used to look like. Very little selection, 4 pairs of size 8/9 shoes? Really, no womens shorts, they did have work out clothes.

I have tried to go to Ross twice in the past week and the fittings room have been closed each time. Ross closes at 10pm. The store associate said they close the fittings room at 5pm because they need to clean them out and then they just don’t reopen them for the rest of the night. This is completely ridiculous. I am not going to waste my time spending $100s on clothes and then having to come back to return them!

Store is a disaster! Merchandise piled up and thrown on shelves. Goodwill is better organized than this store. Deals aren't that great. TJMAXX has MUCH better deals.

I’m not sure what is going on with this location but the line to check out was out the door and only one checker. Also I had a return from another Ross and they said they couldn’t return it there because it’s not on their system - huh? Manager said because the receipt printing lighter than normal I’d have to go back to wentzville to return. I had the receipt and paid with credit card so instead of trying help me pushed me to initial store, The rack of clothes for work out attire and leggings was completely bare. The entire rack empty. I won’t be going back to this location again!

Jenna was extremely rude. After 20 minutes in line my card was locked due to coming from another state, so I had to log into my banking app which took under 3 minutes. After unlocking my card I was bluntly told to go to the back of the line where I had to wait another 20 minutes.
