Nice place to pick up some really nice things, KitchenAid oven mitts little household items that are very reasonably priced compared to purchasing them at say a different large retail store. I was able to get them for half the price , or less purchased several items. Really like the Ross's on O'Fallon off of Highway K

The clothing options change seasonally, leaving a wide selection for the next season. The clothes come in about a month or two before they are needed for the season. If you go last minute shopping mid-season, there will not be a big selection. The store also gets its products based on the truck shipment. If it isn't in the store, they don't have it. They don't hide products in the back and don't have the staff to check for you. There are self-service fitting rooms that are open when the back ones are not, and they differ in size. One is relatively small, and the other is pretty decent in size. The back fitting room follows a schedule, and they don't have the staff to always open them. They try to keep the store organized and clean, but as I said, they are understaffed, which means only one or two people are left organizing and cleaning the floor for the entire day. The bathrooms are locked, so you do need to ask an employee to open it for you. You can talk to the cashier up front, and they will call someone for you, or you can wander around looking for employees except for the stockroom. No customers are allowed in the stockroom, and if there are people back there, they are working on restocking the merchandise in the store.

Didn’t have much of what I was searching for. If they had more home items that would be great. Nice location

I really like shopping at this store. I have been able to find a lot of stylish and unique products. There is not a lot of people looking over your shoulder eyeing you as you shop.
